This concept is seen within the greater framework of a team, which is a group of interdependent individuals who work together towards a common goal. Must complete annual training on the following topics per title 17 58652: Recent developments in the theory and practice of SLS; Policies, procedures, and practices of the SLS vendor targeted at meeting IPP objectives for SLS; and Identification of service delivery issues and challenges, and the accumulated experience of the SLS vendor's staff and others in dealing with them. Education and Experience: High school education or GED Physical Demands: Must be able to lift at least 10 pounds Must be able to work without assistance the job sites for prolonged periods of time. Work Environment: The job sites are at the home of the individual and may be diverse and unpredictable.
