Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.

Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
Requirements:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver, you begin each shift ready to help adults with developmental disabilities live their best lives as independently as possible. You have made it your mission to ensure the comfort and safety of each client. In our residential group home, you assist our residents with activities of daily living such as administering medication, cooking meals, performing personal hygiene, and transportation to medical appointments.
You also assist in the implementation of individual behavioral plans. Using effective teaching and mentoring techniques, you teach them new skills and help them achieve goals. Based on each individual's preferences and behavioral plans, you encourage their interests and drive them to community outings and recreational activities. You are happy to help them find greater access to the community. You are conscientious about reporting any concerns about their health and safety and keeping documentation accurate and up-to-date.
Some aspects of this job are not easily accomplished but at the end of each shift, knowing your clients are happy makes you feel great about the work you do!
WORK SCHEDULE
We operate 24-hour residential group homes which means our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) / Caregivers have many shift options including mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

The ideal candidate will have Direct Support Professional, Caregiver, or similar experience and be willing to go above and beyond in supporting clients. Full and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities of the Direct Support Professional
Serve individuals, groups, and communities with developmental disabilities by the means of comprehensive care and individualized support services that will maximize their independence, empowerment, personal growth and quality of life.
Provide care and support services to our clients with various healthcare needs in the areas of personal care, behavioral support, recreational and employment services.
Provide support and training, including but not limited to, emotional support, physical support and monitoring, and development of life skills through training programs, all leading to increased independence and participation in community life for persons with developmental disabilities and/or other related disorders.
Provide transportation to and from activities.
Administer medications to individuals as prescribed.
Perform all duties in accordance with program policies and protocols.
Follow all program rules and regulations regarding resident/participant treatment protocols, policies, supervision, and safety.
All other duties assigned by APluscare.
Requirements of the Direct Support Professional
6 months of Direct Support Professional, Caregiver, or similar experience preferred
High school diploma or GED
Must possess a valid NJ Driver's license
DDD Training
Must be 18 years of age
Must be able to travel about 30 miles for work
Company may require additional testing pre-employment
Must have weekend availability
Willing to go above and beyond in supporting clients
Push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs
Compensation for the Direct Support Professional. The starting rate is $17.50 hourly.
Available Shifts:
Saturday - Wednesday 3pm - 11pm
Thursday/Friday 3pm - 11pm & Saturday/Sunday 9am - 3pm
