We are hiring a full-time Mail and Imaging Coordinator to join our team! This is an exciting role working in a 400-person company with big aspirations, and a wonderful culture.
The Mail & Imaging Coordinator is responsible for the receiving and sending of corporate mail and packages for the company. The Mail & Imaging Coordinator is responsible to complete the following tasks:
* Performs sorting and opening of mail and packages
* Scans and images mail
* Maintains storage/retention functions
* Monitors and orders mailroom supply inventory
* Manages outbound mail folding and metering
* Delivers packages and interoffice materials
* Assists with Indexing functions as needed
* Performs rescans
The pay for this position is $15-$17/hr based on relevant experience.
Required:
Must be proficient in various desktop applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word. Must possess excellent organizational skills. Must possess technical aptitude and comfort level in order to operate and program multiple machines. Must be able to lift 30 pounds. High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. Able to multi-task and handle additional responsibility.
The position is required in the office Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
