Position: Revenue Enablement Location: Remote or in an office Summary: We're seeking an experienced GTM Enablement Professional who can deliver cross-functional enablement programs that elevate the effectiveness of our entire GTM ecosystem. While Sales will be the largest and primary audience, this role will also influence readiness and alignment across multiple customer-facing functions. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that blends program design, content creation, facilitation, and stakeholder partnership. You will help ensure every GTM team member has the clarity, confidence, and capability to tell the Alteryx value story - especially as our platform continues to evolve with powerful analytics and AI capabilities. Core Responsibilities What You'll Do * Develop and deliver enablement programs that support onboarding, continuous learning, product launches, messaging adoption, and methodology alignment across GTM roles. * Create compelling, cross-functional content including playbooks, talk tracks, GTM briefs, competitive guidance, partner-ready materials, and customer-facing narratives. * Partner closely with Sales to build targeted programs that strengthen value articulation and improve deal execution. * Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure integrated messaging, campaign alignment, and consistent execution across GTM teams. * Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops, role plays, readiness sessions, and multi-team enablement events. * Translate complex technical concepts (AI, automation, analytics workflows) into accessible and actionable guidance for customer-facing roles. * Curate and manage the GTM content ecosystem (Seismic, Galaxy, Salesforce resources) to ensure content is organized, accurate, and easy to find. * Deliver training and guidance to GTM teams on best practices for using sales tools and enablement platforms, ensuring they can confidently apply the technology in their day-to-day selling activities. * Use data and insights from Chorus, Salesforce, adoption reports, and stakeholder feedback to identify gaps and recommend targeted interventions. * Report on impact through KPIs such as readiness participation, content usage, productivity indicators, and alignment across GTM motions. * compensation 145,000-160,000 plus bonus & equity Qualifications * 5+ years' enablement experience, sales training, or learning program development in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment * Experience working closely with sales-driven organizations and strategic partners * Strong facilitation and delivery experience * Familiarity with enablement platforms; Articulate, Asana, and Microsoft 365 * Exceptional problem-solving skills * A demonstrated positive, solution-oriented approach and cross-functional collaboration * Clear and effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Find yourself checking a lot of these boxes but doubting whether you should apply?
