This program is designed to enhance the academic and career success of Direct Support Professionals across New York State. The Academic Coach for the DSP Microcredential Program performs many critical functions for the Program including providing oversight to a collaboration between the College, community partners, the State University of New York (SUNY), the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) and the National Alliance of Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) and serving as the primary student-facing team member.
