Day Shift, Swing Shift /Noc Shift Available: 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am Must be flexible with what days of the week you work and willing/able to stay if there are call outs. This role is based in Salem, OR. Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years' experience supporting individuals in the I/DD community * Oregon Intervention System (OIS) training (will provide class opportunities) * CPR/First aid training within 30 days of hire (will provide class opportunities) * Reliable transportation to/from work * Ability to follow a Positive Behavior Support Plan * Ability to work within a team of Direct Support staff * Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record.
