Who we are: Advanced Radiology Services is one of the largest physician-owned radiology practices in the country. Our growing practice includes 185 radiologists, 30 advanced practice providers, and 175 employees providing administrative support in our wholly owned subsidiary STARS. What we do: ARS is the exclusive radiology provider to Bronson Healthcare and Corewell Healthcare Systems.
Position Summary: The Interventional & Diagnostic Radiology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will be a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) working onsite at our partner hospitals in collaboration with both ARS interventional and diagnostic radiologists. Sites include various Bronson Healthcare locations as well as select Corewell Health locations. The APP will perform and interpret the results of various diagnostic studies and also perform therapeutic procedures. These include light interventional radiology (IR) procedures, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and musculoskeletal fluoroscopy procedures, and nuclear medicine injections. The APP will interpret and report on bone densitometry studies, after the required qualification and training is completed. The APP will also provide in-hospital IR directed patient care including pre-procedural consultation and post procedural patient management. The patient population served span pediatric to geriatric patients. Daily responsibilities will vary by location, and may also vary based on the department's needs. Travel to all locations will be shared amongst the group. Scope of practice may be expanded and will require additional training at the discretion of ARS and based on additional needs of the hospitals we serve.
Responsibilities:
Provide IR directed patient care including pre and post-procedural evaluations in a hospital environment in collaboration with IR attending(s). Provide appropriate patient and family education regarding treatment recommendations and recommendations for follow up care.
Additional daily duties in IR may include conducting outpatient IR clinic visits, responding to contrast reactions in the radiology department, performing procedures such as nuclear medicine injections with interpretation of results, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and lumbar punctures as needed.
Communicate and collaborate with other specialty services to provide comprehensive patient care.
Accurately and efficiently document consult and follow up notes in the EMR, and diagnostic radiology dictations in PACS.
Perform various fluoroscopic procedures to include but not limited to GI/GU fluoroscopy, lumbar punctures/myelograms, arthrograms, arthrocentesis, and pain injections, in collaboration with the diagnostic radiology attending(s).
Perform additional related duties as required.

This position provides individualized, and milieu residential services focused on assisting youth in stabilizing emotionally and behaviorally by developing new skills for improved functioning at home and in community settings or placements. This program is in a home setting and serves up to six youth at time. Youth served have experienced trauma and will display trauma reactions through their behavior. Responsibilities include monitoring program services to assure safety and that services are helping the youth reach his/her individual goals as needed. As a Residential Youth Specialist, you will be expected to develop therapeutic, professional relationships with residents and offer insight into their functioning and achievement of treatment goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcomes and orients youth to programming and notes any emergent issues regarding physical or emotional needs to address safety concerns.
Supports implementation of the youth individualized treatment plans, addressing behavioral issues in a trauma-sensitive manner.
Establishes positive relationships with youth and staff in the program, providing regular oversight of youth's progress toward goals.
Develop and teach Social Emotional Learning, Emotional Regulation and Skill groups.
Oversee the residents' daily routines to include but not limited to mealtime, study time, outings, bedtime, assigned jobs, and other residential activities.
Reviews and completes program documentation, i.e. completing service notes, providing feedback on progress; documents all case related activities to fulfill program requirements.
Provides scheduled on-call staff shift coverage for times when a scheduled staff is absent.
Assists Program Supervisor in ensuring program licensing or contract requirements are met, as directed.
Deliver, at a minimum annually, a DCS training on topics related to best ways to interact with the youth.
Attend Monthly Meetings with Team/Supervisor and attend monthly individualized meeting with supervisor to discuss job performance, and/or issues or concerns.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Primary Purpose Under the supervision of the PCA Coordinator, Participant Care Assistants (PCA's)will provide participants care within the day center, community setting, and in participant homes as directed by your leader or designee in accordance with the participant's assessment and plan of care. Key Responsibilities
May assist with delivery of supplies to participants homes as assigned by the PCA Coordinator or designee.
Assist participants with ADLs in the center.
Respects participants autonomy and dignity
Promotes participants to engage at maximum level of independence during activities
Qualifications
Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma, or equivalent.
Well-developed ability to show discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail oriented with good problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills.
Minimum of one year of experience working with the frail, elderly, or long-term care population.
Work Environment
Communicates with staff, participants, caregivers, and other organizations as necessary.
Works beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holidays when necessary.
Subject to callback during emergency conditions (e.g., severe weather, evacuation, disaster, etc.).
May be subject to exposure and handling of infectious waste, diseases, conditions, or hazardous chemicals, etc., including potential exposure to TB, AIDS, and/or the Hepatitis B virus.
Required to drive a car in all types of weather.
Provide care and support for a diverse population of individuals, including those who are ill, disabled, elderly, and may be experiencing behaviors associated with dementia and cognitive limitations within the Senior Care Partners PACE Program and/or center.
Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
Willingness to work in various home environments which may include the following: dust, animals, pet dander, temperature changes, smoke, pests, strong odors, and variations in cleanliness.
Minimum Working Requirements
Must have reliable transportation, current valid Michigan driver's license and car insurance.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be fully vaccinated, or willing to be fully vaccinated against the following communicable diseases: Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, Covid-19 and Hepatitis B.
Must be willing to work beyond normal hours and be part of our on-call rotation.
