Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sub-Investigator (PA or NP) to join our Clinical Research team. Key Responsibilities:

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Program Director and Program Assistant, this role is responsible for delivering supervision, skill development, and personal care support to clients participating in the program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide direct care and supervision to clients, including effective communication.
Work with assigned clients by implementing Individual Service Plans (ISPs) at the program site, job site, or in the community, following the designated schedule.
Facilitate and participate in planned activity programs.
Recognize early signs of illness and determine when professional medical assistance is needed.
Assist with self-administration of medication or administer prescribed medications as required.
Apply knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and client personal rights.
Ensure client rights are respected and upheld at all times.
Interact with clients, visitors, and agency representatives in a professional and respectful manner.
Respond professionally during inspections conducted by Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) staff.
Serve meals, snacks, and beverages within required timeframes to ensure proper hydration and nutrition.
Assist clients with mobility, including transferring in and out of wheelchairs and vehicles.
Support client participation in activities that may involve standing, bending, stooping, or lifting.
Collect and document data related to ISP goals, progress, and changes using the Therap system.
