Do More Than Make a Living.
Sean Alexander Pa
Direct support professional job in North Lauderdale, FL
Make a Difference. We set both our families and our partners up for success. Families enjoy a high\-quality Spanish immersion education that gives their children a leg up as they learn and grow.
Children blossom in our warm, caring learning environment that fosters their natural curiosity.
Our partners get the opportunity to own a business that they not only make a living from but feel proud to be a part of. Partners feel confident knowing childcare is a growing market, and Tierra Encantada's niche is at the forefront of where that market is going.
WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL?
We provide a warm, community\-oriented Spanish immersion educational program that provides care for children 6 weeks through 6 years of age.
More than a Daycare
We set ourselves apart from other daycares and preschools training centers through not only our language immersion curriculum, but our approach with day to day operations.
From the cloth diapers in classrooms to our fresh cooked organic food program designed to expand young palates, we strive to provide a wholesome environment that parents consider to be a second home for their children. We have the perfect mix parents are looking for - and the waiting lists to prove it.
EARLY EDUCATION IS ONE OF THE FASTEST GROWING MARKETS
As our population continues to grow and more households have two parents in the workforce, the demand for childcare will continue to increase. Families in metropolitan areas already see months - if not years - long waiting lists to enroll their children in high quality early education programs.
With many markets not offering families a language immersion childcare option, We will not only satisfy some of the immense demand for this growing market, it will provide parents an option they are excited about for their children.
Our Immersion Advantage
Study after study has shown that learning a second language at a young age has tremendous benefits.
Children who learn a second language in an immersion environment have been found to have improved cognitive functioning, outscore their monolingual peers in verbal and math standardized tests, and are more empathetic in their ability to understand another's perspective in communications. Further, the number of families that seek organic food has increased exponentially over the past decade.
We are ideally positioned to provide you the training and education you need to address both the growing demand for childcare and the increasing awareness of the importance of organic food and language learning.
