Implement systematic follow-up and evaluation of patient status. 3. Complete all appropriate documentation in a timely manner according to FamilyCare policy. 4. Consult with, collaborate with or refer to other medical providers as appropriate. 5. Collaborate with Physician Assistants and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses on staff. 6. Share after-hours telephone coverage with other Medical providers. 7. Participate in research, educational activities and the teaching of students, if interested. 8. Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills. 9. Attend clinical and staff meetings. 10. Perform administrative duties as assigned. 11. Observe all health and safety requirements. 12. Demonstrate positive customer service and co-worker relations. 13. Participate in the continuous quality improvement activities of the organization. 14. Perform work in a cost-effective manner. 15.
