Check/Supervise any consumer who gets out of bed. Conduct and Document rounds each night at 10:00 P.M., 12:00 A.M., 2:00 A.M., 4:00 A.M., and 6:00 A.M at minimum. Conduct special supervisions of consumers required by medical orders, behavior programs, and/or the House Manager.
