Ensure safe entry and exit protocols, as well as ensure the safety of individuals while in a moving vehicle (i.e., tie-downs and seatbelts). Triplog application (with Magic Trip enabled) must be used for all personal vehicle and fleet mileage driven during your scheduled work day. Trips must be reviewed, corrected, and submitted daily or at the start of the next shift. Applicable inspections performed via Fleetio application prior to usage of any BI vehicle at any time. OTHER Assist with the setup of various program spaces for activities (chairs, tables, etc.). All BI working hours should be performed at a BI location, in the individual's home, or at a community site with the individual. Exceptions need to be pre-approved by your supervisor. Provide support as a Direct Support Professional working in any BI program, including but not limited to providing in-home care, transportation, and in-community services for persons served. Key Responsibilities • Set up, operate, and monitor the NxStage home dialysis system during each treatment session • Ensure adherence to dialysis protocols, sterile technique, and infection-prevention standards • Observe and document vital signs and treatment responses • Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate clinical concerns appropriately • Maintain a clean, organized treatment area within the home • Provide calm, compassionate support and companionship during treatment What We're Looking For • Experience with home hemodialysis or in-center hemodialysis (NxStage strongly preferred) • Competence in cannulation and dialysis machine operation • Reliability, professionalism, and strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a private home • A calm, supportive presence - patient is elderly and values consistency Why This Role Is Unique • Work one-on-one with a stable, pleasant home dialysis patient • Predictable schedule - four days per week • No rotating facilities, no multiple patients, no high-volume clinic demands • Make a meaningful impact on a patient's health and quality of life in the comfort of his home

As a Life Skills Coach, you will help foster youth or young adults who have acute behavioral challenges stemming from trauma. Working as a team and with guidance from a mental health clinician, you will strengthen the youth's interpersonal communication, independent living, and emotional regulation skills. In this role you coach and develop the essential skills that enable the youth to live and thrive in their home, school, and work environments. The starting pay for this full-time, non-exempt position is $23.63 - $24.81 per hour depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Work in collaboration with the Clinical team to support the youth's treatment goals. Reinforce the broader residential youth program Provide support to other Youth Homes teams as needed Support Youth in the Community on outings for enrichment activities to practice skill-building Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in behavioral science (psychology, social work, etc.) or enrolled in graduate school for psychology or social work. Experience in residential programs or school-based treatment programs supporting adolescents and children. Experience working with foster youth in related programs is preferred. Must have strong interpersonal skills, patience, and resilience to work with high-acuity youth or young adults. Must complete criminal background check, health screening and other state/federal licensing/certification requirements.
