Primary Responsibilities
Work closely with the Marketing team to support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaign plans and content to attract and engage potential candidates
Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure recruiting assets are updated regularly
Maintain a thorough understanding of recruiting marketing best practices and candidate experience and keep the marketing team up-to-date on the latest trends
Oversee updates to the Company's career site and suggest improvements for engaging with potential candidates
Develop and maintain a recruiting marketing tool kit with assets to support hiring activities including social media, print ads, radio spots, video testimonials, postcards, etc.
Create content to support existing recruiting and employer branding
Prepare weekly recruiting marketing reports to monitor campaign results
Work closely with the marketing analytics team to track all campaign tactics and provide recommendations for improvements
Produce and distribute weekly candidate lead reports and monitor chat transcripts from career site
Perform ongoing research about new tactics and technologies to promote the Company's career opportunities
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field is required.
Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications or recruiting is required.
Good communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all functional areas
Good written communications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload and meet deadlines
Experience working with social media platforms
Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Complete Instructor led OEM courses as required to support location fleet mix.
Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties including:
Performs standard vehicle maintenance
Performs preventive maintenance
Performs complex repairs with minimal (if any) support.
Demonstrate the ability to access and use internal and external maintenance documents
Diagnoses and repairs complex mechanical and electronic problems with minimal (if any) support, utilizing diagnostic computers/software when applicable.
Performs remote triage to with RCRC and customers to determine best solution to assist roadside breakdowns.
Performs facility maintenance duties
Interacts with customers/drivers to properly determine nature of complaint once assigned a task.
Instructs and advises other technicians regarding maintenance repair procedures and diagnostics
Coaches/Mentors other level technicians
Advise shop management and other technicians on shop repairs
Utilizes key functions of Shop Management System and electronic documentation available
Works in accordance with all federal/ provincial and corporate compliance guidelines (i.e., safety, DOT, MOT)
Other support duties as required to support operations. These could include but are not limited to Service Island support.

About the Role:

Your work ensures containers are handled accurately and safely, keeping freight moving on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment to load and unload shipping containers from railcars and trucks.
Drive hostlers to position containers and chassis within the yard.
Use top loaders, side loaders, and/or cranes to stack, move, and organize containers.
Perform equipment inspections before and after use to ensure operational safety.
Communicate with yard personnel and supervisors to coordinate moves and tasks.

Qualifications:

Trade Compliance Administration and Metrics -
Develop and create performance metrics for agents, brokers, forwarders, and internal departments. Complete, correct, and ensure accurate HTS and ECCN classifications and recordkeeping. Utilize regulatory knowledge to determine country of origin for Company produced materials and recommend marking for same. Investigate restricted party screening for recommendation to management or legal. Calculate and prepare US Customs reconciliation for submission. Overview
The Network Principal Engineer provides IT infrastructure engineering for data center and infrastructure upgrades, changes, troubleshooting, relocation and migrations specializing in advanced: Juniper Networks solutions.
Responsibilities
Deploys, migrates, and documents post-sales engagement with customers based on ConvergeOne best practices
Works with a world class network integrator
Assists in the delivery of support and services to customer's expectations as proposed
Participates in the design, implementation and administration of Cisco infrastructure and related solutions
Troubleshoots high end issues with networking, security and wireless infrastructures
Assists in determining specific customer network requirements
Assists in developing specific network, security and wireless solutions
Assists in developing detailed implementation plans
Conducts architecture chalk talks and design concepts
Assists the sales team with pre-sales and post-sales opportunities
Facilitates and conduct product demonstrations, webinars and presentations to customers
Assists the sales team with requests for bids/proposals
assists sales with Requests for Quotes/Information
Creates Statements of Work (SOW's) for proposals and installations
Creates Build-of-Material (BOM's) and Visio's for proposals of solutions
Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Provides leadership and technical mentoring
Qualifications
Advanced or Expert knowledge of Juniper Networks Routers, Switches, Security Appliances
Must have extensive knowledge of high performance data center solutions, network infrastructure LAN/WAN, network security, and enterprise wireless infrastructures
Expert knowledge of WAN Circuits, MPLS, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, RIP, FR/ATM, ACLs, TCP/IP, IPX
Extensive experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting VLANs using CISCO equipment, to include intimate knowledge of Spanning Tree Protocol, VLAN Trunking Protocol, inter-VLAN routing, IPV6 and trunking with ISL and 802.1q
Strong knowledge of VPN IPSec/SSL solutions and hands-on deployment experience
Knowledge of Load Balancing for Web systems and e-commerce uses
Experience with monitoring, alerting and management tools such as: Ethereal, Solarwinds, Orion Network Monitor, hp OpenView
Hands on experience with CA deployment, Security posture assessment, and Security Policy generation is a strong plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Juniper Networks Certifications such as JNCIE, JNCIP, JNCIS
Cisco Certified Systems Engineer (CCIE)
Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)

Pay Range
$120,000 - $160,000
Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.

Application Analyst - Compliance
Job Duties:
Compliance Software and Processes and Subject Matter Expert/Analyst
Support the Compliance & Ethics team by implementing, maintaining, and optimizing tools like third-party due diligence platforms, policy management tools and training or reporting systems.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to align software tools with compliance objectives and business needs. Create and maintain documentation (e.g., job aids, SOPs, checklists) and address process gaps.
Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance systems; assist team members in these tools effectively. Maintain the Compliance & Ethics intranet site with up-to date, accessible content.
Project Coordination/Support
Initiate and support compliance-related projects, including system implementations, policy rollouts, and training campaigns.
Coordinate with project team members to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met. Assist in preparing project documentation, status updates, and reports.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support the successful execution of compliance initiatives.
Compliance Reporting and Data Management
Organize and maintain structured document repositories for the Compliance & Ethics team.
Assist in developing and updating dashboards and reports to track key compliance activities.
Ensure accurate data entry, storage, and retrieval across systems. Generate reports to support audits, risk assessments, and leadership decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:
2-4 years' related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting Compliance & Ethics programs through implementation and management of tools such as third-party due diligence, sustainability platforms, policy management, and training/reporting systems (e.g., Diligent, Ecovadis, NAVEX, LRN).
Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional, project-based environments to support compliance efforts.
Skilled in resolving system issues and enhancing compliance workflows and user experience.
Expertise in technology solutions that support Compliance & Ethics activities, including risk assessments, data analysis, policy management, and training delivery.
Proficient in Office 365 and familiarity with SaaS platforms used in compliance.
Strong communication skills, with ability to translate technical or process information into clear documentation, training materials, and stakeholder communications.
Experienced in user support and training for compliance systems, with attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement.
