1953 – Toledo, Ohio — A group of parishioners at St Clement’s Church establish Toledo St Clement Credit Union, Inc.
1967 – The credit union moves into its own building on the grounds of St Clement’s Church.
1989 – New branch opens in Sylvania, Ohio.
1990 – Second Toledo branch opens.
1992 – New main office opens on Whiteford Road in Toledo.
1999 – TACCU membership grows to 32 parishes and 46 select employee groups.
2000 – TACCU transforms into a community credit union serving those who live, work, worship or attend school in the City of Toledo.
2001 – Charter expands to the City of Sylvania, Sylvania Township and the City of Maumee.
2007 – A merger with Knox County Credit Union gives the credit union more than $350 million in assets and over 200 employees.
2008 – Merger with Erie Shores Credit Union gives 22 branches in Ohio and expands assets to $500 million with 250 employees.
2017 – Directions Credit Union Merges with Toledo Teamsters Federal Credit Union.
