The Manager, Ancillary Application Solutions is a leadership position responsible for the planning, implementation, optimization, and overall management of ancillary clinical applications within the organization. This includes management of hundreds of clinical software applications used in critical areas such as Radiology, Cardiology, Neurology, Pulmonary and Lab. The position demands a blend of technical expertise, healthcare domain knowledge and leadership skills. Building productive relationships with software vendors and monitoring vendor performance are key elements of this role.
This role ensures that software application solutions and supporting infrastructure align with the organization's strategic goals, enhance operational effectiveness, and deliver exceptional end-user experiences. The manager will build relationships with executive and clinical leaders and lead a team of application analysts to collaborate with stakeholders and leaders including physicians and nurses. The Manager, Ancillary Applications will serve as the primary point of contact for all matters concerning ancillary applications. This role does not include oversight of EMR applications but will work closely with EMR Management.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Planning: Develop and execute a strategic vision for ancillary application solutions in partnership with executive leadership and key stakeholders. Assess current application landscape, identify gaps, and create actionable roadmaps for enhancements and transition to cloud.
Project Management: As needed, serve as Project Manager for the full project lifecycle of ancillary application initiatives, from requirements gathering and vendor selection to deployment and post-implementation review. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate a high-performing team of analysts. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional growth.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business operations, clinical teams, and external vendors. Facilitate transparent communication, manage expectations, and drive consensus on solution priorities.
Solution Design and Integration: Guide the selection, implementation and integration of ancillary applications to ensure seamless interoperability with core business and clinical platforms.
Operational Support and Optimization: Establish robust support processes for application maintenance, troubleshooting, and user training. Continually assess performance metrics and drive initiatives to maximize application efficiency and effectiveness.
Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party software vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure compliance with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure all ancillary applications adhere to internal policies, industry regulations, and data security best practices. Proactively address potential risks and foster a secure operating environment.
Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Develop and manage annual budgets for ancillary applications, including staffing, licensing, and infrastructure costs. Optimize resource allocation to achieve maximum value

Technical Expertise
Deep understanding of managing the full lifecycle of ancillary applications, systems integration, data security, and emerging trends in ancillary technologies.
General understanding of server environments, cloud hosting and networking to facilitate cross functional trouble shooting.
Familiarity with major clinical vendor software platforms
Understanding of clinical processes and workflow along with ability to translate technical concepts into solutions with clinical value.

Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing and licensed RN preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years implementing and supporting applications and technology solutions, with at least 3 years in a lead or managerial role. Experience with ancillary clinical applications is strongly preferred.

The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.
Bread Financial offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits (including basic and optional life insurance, supplemental medical plans, and short and long-term disability) to eligible associates (regular full-time associates scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more) and their spouses/domestic partners, and child(ren) under the age of 26. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Program Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This position is based in Cincinnati, OH, and requires daily in-person attendance. Remote work or telecommuting is not authorized for this role. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to collaboration, communication, and hands-on engagement with our client, DTB team, and operations. Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to successfully complete project goals and objectives while working within the constraints of scope, time, and budget.
Responsible for risk mitigation, scheduling, earned value, and financial monitoring.
Utilize project management tools to track planned vs. actual task performance and key milestones.
Evaluate and assign project work to team members.
Ensure the programs follow DTB's ISO 9000:2015 procedures and meet or exceed DTB's quality standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, which include attending client and DTB meetings to communicate project status, successes, or potential pain points
Capture our customers' expectations to ensure their satisfaction and a successful delivery of their product(s).
Serve as the lead SME for S1000D specification implementation and compliance.
Develop and maintain project-specific S1000D Data Module Requirement List (DMRL).
Develop and maintain project-specific S1000D Business Rules and BREX datasets.
Support implementation and configuration of a Common Source Database (CSDB).
Provide oversight and quality control of S1000D-compliant technical data modules (DMs).
Collect, analyze, and report documentation quality metrics, including error rates, review cycle times, first pass yield (FPY), compliance scores, and rework levels to support continuous improvement.
Advise internal teams and customers on best practices for S1000D structuring, authoring, and publishing.
Train and mentor technical writers and illustrators on S1000D authoring processes and tools.
Interface with client engineering, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure accurate and maintainable technical content.
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have proven successful experience as a Program Manager within a technical publication environment. Additional qualifications include:
2 or 4-year degree/or equivalent experience.
10+ years' experience in the development of technical publications for commercial or military programs - including SGML/XML tagged data.
Experience with EAGLE Publishing System.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and logistics product data.
Must have a thorough understanding of technical documentation specifications S1000D (Issue 4.1 or later preferred).
Solid technical knowledge/experience with the development of operational, maintenance, IPB, theory, and troubleshooting information/procedures for aircraft or ship systems.
Knowledge of project management principles, planning, and the ability to measure both program and individual job performance.
Strong relationship-building, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in pressure situations and to meet tight deadlines.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
US Citizenship - Required.
Security Clearance-Active Secret - Required, or the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance. U.S.

Primary Responsibilities
Direct a staff, comprised of employees and consultants that provide administration, advanced support and operational management of data center hosted and cloud applications.
Develop strategies and support plans to consistently exceed operational and company goals; proactively identify resource gaps and propose mitigation plans.
Create and execute lifecycle management plans to ensure that managed services are high performing, supported, secure and efficiently operating.
Promote service management through metrics and ensure comprehensive monitoring.
Implement effective problem and change management processes to identify and proactively remediate incident trends.
Participate in annual strategic planning, tactical operation planning, and the development of service improvement, security, compliance and contingency operation plans.
Forecast demand for compute and storage capacity based on operating trends, organic corporate growth and project needs; proactively propose service improvement plans as necessary.
Prepare, coordinate, and participate in corporate disaster recovery plans.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience), along with 8-15 years related experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with virtualized environments desired.
Expertise in data center operations principles and familiarity with business continuity and disaster recovery desired.
Experience with Dev/Ops, Office 365, web administration and cloud services desired.
Management experience, including management of vendors.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple project deadlines and milestones.
Ability to be available and to work outside of normal business hours to complete critical tasks in a timely manner.

Position Description: Manager of IT Infrastructure
LayerZero Power Systems is seeking a Manager of IT Infrastructure to lead and evolve the company's enterprise IT environment. This role oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of all core infrastructure systems including servers, networks, storage, cloud resources, and user support systems. You will manage a small, high-impact team, ensuring that infrastructure is secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with the needs of the business. The Manager of IT Infrastructure works closely with leadership, the Cybersecurity & Disaster Recovery Specialist, and other technology teams to ensure that infrastructure supports operational goals while meeting rigorous security and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Primary Duties:
Lead the IT infrastructure team, setting priorities and providing technical and operational guidance.
Oversee servers, network, and storage operations across on-premises and cloud environments.
Manage infrastructure capacity planning, performance optimization, and lifecycle refreshes.
Ensure high availability across all critical systems.
Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to align infrastructure with security standards and controls.
Negotiate and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for infrastructure services.
Skills & Experience:
5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, including team leadership.
Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, and Windows/Linux server environments.
Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid environments.
Proven track record managing IT projects and delivering on time and budget.
Experience in manufacturing or mission-critical infrastructure environments. (Preferred)
Familiarity with best practices. (Preferred)
