The base salary range for this role is $127,440 to $159,300. Support and enhance the company's ERP platform (currently pro ALPHA)
Partner with operations, finance, and supply chain teams on ERP workflows
Own integrations between Salesforce, ERP, and other enterprise systems
Support ERP-related reporting, data accuracy, and process improvements
Coordinate with ERP vendors and implementation partners as needed
Systems Strategy & Optimization
Act as the business-facing owner of enterprise applications
Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
Identify automation and efficiency opportunities across departments
Maintain a systems roadmap aligned with business priorities
Collaborate with infrastructure/security teams to ensure compliant system usage
Requirements
Required
5+ years in business systems,applications, or Salesforce-focused roles
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience
Strong experience with Salesforce Flows, security model, reports, and dashboards
Working knowledge of Apex and Lightning (LWC or Aura)
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and leadership
Preferred
Hands-on experience supporting or integrating manufacturing ERP systems (pro ALPHA, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I)
Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial industry experience
Experience with CPQ, quoting, or sales operations tools
Experience managing vendors or implementation partners
