Motivates and engages them to support the goal. • Applies advanced statistical and data analytics concepts • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned What you will need to have: • College Degree required in Mathematics, Marketing, Finance or systems / software engineering. MBA preferred. • 10-15 years of pricing or closely related experience • Minimum 5 years' experience operating with direct pricing responsibility in a corporate environment. • Extensive knowledge of pricing methods, with hands-on experience in defining pricing rules, upgrading or improving pricing systems • Experience in implementing pricing software working with outside vendors preferred (Vendavo, PROS, Saleforce CPQ, Pricefx, Zilliant, etc). • Experience in pricing in the travel, hospitality, storage or logistics industry preferred. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; particularly advanced Excel functionality including Pivot Tables, Lookups, external data connectivity, and logic functions • Working knowledge of SQL • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to manage competing priorities • Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties • Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience DISCLAIMER The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature of work performed; the level of knowledge and skills typically required; and usual working conditions of this position.
