Anthology's Director, Global Communications will develop and lead the strategy and execution of a communications plan to strengthen Anthology's global brand awareness and reputation through earned and paid media, content development, speaking opportunities, and analyst engagement. As a key member of the Global Communications, Corporate Marketing, and Events team, the Director, Global Communications will play a leadership role in shaping company messaging with external audiences.

The successful candidate must be able to function as a leader and individual contributor but also as part of a multi-functional team of stakeholders including the company's senior leadership team, Human Resources, Product Management, and Global Marketing. This position reports to the Vice President of Global Communications, Corporate Marketing, and Events.
Primary responsibilities will include:
