This position will lead and manage the development of internal control policies and procedures, ensures compliance with GAAP, and provides strategic financial insights to support business decision-making in an efficient and timely manner. The Director of Accounting/Controller will be a hands-on leader who excels in both operational accounting and high-level financial planning. Expected Outcomes
Operational Performance:
Leads the development of strategies for accounts receivable, accounts payable, general accounting.
