Qualifications Master's degree in a field related to the position. At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in higher education administration, preferably within small, private institutions, with a broad understanding of the operations of a small college. Supervisory experience overseeing multiple staff and departments. Demonstrated success in strategic planning, operations management, and cross‑functional leadership. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to the College's philosophy of customer service, continuous improvement, and community engagement.
