The Assistant Director, Plant Operations at Jersey City Medical Center will manage an incredible team of engineers, mechanics, and operations specialists to ensure the highest levels of physical environment readiness in support of exceptional patient care. We need a hands-on leader who understands the dynamics of facility management across all relevant specialties, such as HVAC, electrical and power generation, refrigeration, plumbing, building infrastructure and envelope, and equipment and grounds maintenance. Reporting to the Director, Plant Operations, you will assist in all aspects of large-scale plant operations initiatives and manage daily progress toward goals and key metrics.
As the Assistant Director, Plant Operations, a typical day might include the following:
• Establishing and administering a preventative maintenance program for the medical center and off-site facilities
• Participating in weekly “Environment of Care” rounding to identify improvement opportunities
• Supporting construction and renovation projects, ensuring all proper ICRA and ILSM standards are met
• Preparing for and participating in regulatory inspections
• Ensuring all required records, permits, licenses, certifications, and documentation are current and in compliance with regulatory standards
• Assists in preparing and monitoring department annual operating and capital budgets

A bachelor's degree in engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities or a related field is required. 2 to 3 years of related experience is preferred. A certificate of Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM) is desired. Working knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and surveys for DNV, JCAHO DOH, DCA, Municipal Building, Fire Departments, and other regulatory agencies is required. Demonstrated experience in developing and managing preventative maintenance programs is strongly preferred. Model Validation COE - The candidate is expected to draw experience from validation to establish a validation center of excellence and support the model governance lead to drive best practice, specifically the objectives of the COE are:
GEN AI Model Risk Management: Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive, end-to-end governance framework for Generative AI models, establishing clear standards, procedures, documentation templates, and process to effectively manage model risks such as hallucination, accuracy, and bias. This framework will enable the organization to consistently monitor and control these critical aspects throughout the model lifecycle, ensuring reliable and trustworthy AI outputs with disciplined and transparent oversight.
Quality assurance and Capacity Planning: Establish and maintain a quality assurance process to thoroughly review and assess validation practices. Proactively challenge the status quo to identify gaps or improvement opportunities in validation efforts. Provide guidance on best practices, support capacity planning, and collaborate with the Model Governance team to recommend and implement enhancements that strengthen the overall validation framework.

Role Summary
The Vice President of Direct Lending Operations is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of operational support for the firm's direct lending and private credit strategies. This role serves as a critical control and execution point between investment teams, borrowers, lenders, legal counsel, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders.

Direct Lending & Private Credit Operations

Partner closely with investment professionals to structure operationally sound transactions and scalable post-close processes.

The Director, Liquidity will be responsible for building liquidity tools and capabilities to assist in the design and development of the bank's liquidity management framework, including liquidity stress testing and resiliency planning. Develop an intraday liquidity management framework, cashflow forecasting capabilities, and development of the internal liquidity stress testing model.Conduct liquidity assessments of new business activities and lead Treasury's support function. Measure bank's position against Basel III liquidity ratios and evolving reporting requirements including Reg YY, OCC bulletins, and Federal Reserve SR letters.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop core liquidity capabilities that will support the bank's long-term scalability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of the liquidity management framework by delivering modelled analysis and reporting for senior management and strategic decision-making committees.
Development of the banks internal liquidity stress testing (ILST) model and analysis of the results. Further, the candidate will develop action plans and play a key part in scenario design in compliance with regulatory expectations.
Manage the banks Contingency Funding Plan (CFP) and ensure readiness for stress events.
Building an intraday liquidity risk management framework, collaborating with key stakeholders around the bank to understand and communicate expected cashflows.
Develop the short- and long-term cash flow forecasting framework and reporting capabilities.
Assist with liquidity assessments and crisis simulations, documenting results, and maintaining management response and action plans and assist with elements of the bank's newly mandated Resolution Plan
Education, Skills & Experience:
A finance background with Treasury experience is required; an advanced degree (MBA) or certification (CFA, CPA, FRM) a plus.
5+ years of relevant experience in Liquidity Management, ideally with a large financial institution, consulting firm, or regulatory agency.
Strong oral and written communication skills; a proactive self-starter with a strong project management mindset with the ability to interact with senior leaders and across diverse business functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience multitasking and managing multiple projects.
Knowledge of liquidity management, including intraday liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and funding planning; and knowledge of liquidity requirements under Reg YY, OCC bulletins, and Federal Reserve SR letters.
Data Science skills (Python, VBA, SQL) are a plus.
