You will hit the ground running with all the activities of building a business including client delivery, business development, networking, marketing and recruiting. What you will bring

  • 10+ years of management consulting experience.
  • Experience with project-based work and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and identify innovative solutions for our clients
  • Consulting experience in the retail, financial services, utilities and/or consumer good industry.
  • Ability to attract, inspire, hire and develop talent.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of client personnel up through executive management and ability to use influence and negotiation skills to get things done quickly and efficiently.
  • Proven history of leveraging and growing existing client base through relationship building, delivering great work and business development activities.
  • Prior experience with managing teams, including mentoring and leadership.
