We're looking for a "Hands On" Marketing Manager who already knows how to take an agency brand from “known” to “in-demand.” Someone who's successfully marketed an agency before, understands the multifamily industry inside and out, and can walk in the door with a plan-not a learning curve. (This is a hands on role for a doer).
This role requires a sharp strategist who can also execute, a builder who loves data as much as storytelling, and someone who can elevate Resident360's presence, pipeline, and authority across the industry. If you've got the chops, the track record, and the ambition to push a leading multifamily marketing agency to its next level, we want to talk.
The Role (What You'll Lead)
Own the R360 marketing strategy: Set the plan, align to company goals, prioritize ruthlessly, and report what's working (and what's not).
Campaigns that convert: Plan and run integrated campaigns across content, paid, email, and social. You'll build the funnel end-to-end-from awareness to demo requests.
Market intelligence: Drive research on trends, competitor moves, target segments, and new opportunities; turn insights into action.
Performance management: Define KPIs, instrument tracking, and optimize constantly (creative, channels, budget mix).
Cross-functional glue: Partner with Sales, Product/Web, and Client Services to keep messaging tight and handoffs clean.
Budget & ROI: Allocate spend for maximum impact, forecast accurately, and reallocate fast. Lead generation is the north star.
Brand stewardship: Keep our story sharp and consistent across web, decks, case studies, and the podcast.
Digital excellence: Oversee SEO, content, paid search/social, email, and marketing ops/automation with the different internal teams.
Partnerships: Manage and grow relationships with external platforms and vendors (e.g., BLDUP, media outlets, RealPage integrations).
Thought leadership: Elevate R360's presence via webinars, events, tradeshows, and PR.

What You Bring
4-5+ years in a multifamily marketing role.
A track record of building ROI-positive lead gen programs (paid + organic) and owning the number.

About the role
You'll be accountable to a marketing revenue number and KPIs.
You'll support the full customer journey, from first touch through expansion. You see marketing as a connected journey, from brand building to customer expansion, and have driven results across that spectrum.
You will use data to guide decisions, challenge assumptions, and adjust strategy when the signal changes.
You'll establish clear planning, prioritization, and execution rhythms that provide clarity to your teams so they can operate at their best.
You'll be in lock step with Product, Sales, and RevOps to shape and execute our go‑to‑market strategy.
You'll own our modern marketing systems, automation, and emerging AI tools and ensure they are used to drive efficiency and scale.
About You
You are a marketing leader with deep experience in B2B SaaS focused on SMB. You have been accountable to outcomes, not just activity, and are comfortable owning metrics that sit close to revenue.
You're likely a great fit if you've served as a marketing leader or Head of Growth at a B2B SaaS company in the $30M to $150M ARR range.
You've lived through moments that required real judgment, including pricing changes, growth plateaus, or shifts from brand‑led growth to more disciplined execution.

About the Team:
The Director, Global Deployment & Logistics will lead and drive the strategy for the logistical execution and operational support of our clinical trial solutions globally. This pivotal role ensures the seamless procurement, provisioning, deployment, and support of hardware (devices, wearables, sensors, etc.) required for clinical trials utilizing our software (e.g., eCOA, eConsent). Additionally this role will provide strategic and operational leadership for the management, security, and lifecycle of all provisioned devices utilized by patients and sites in global clinical research trials.
This position requires a strong blend of supply chain and mobile device management expertise, vendor oversight, financial acumen, and experience in a regulated clinical or pharmaceutical environment.)
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Develop, implement, and maintain the global logistics and supply chain strategy for hardware used in clinical trials, ensuring alignment with project timelines and company financial goals.
Oversee the entire device lifecycle, including procurement, inventory management, provisioning, global distribution, returns, and destruction.
Design and execute supply plans that align with clinical trial timelines and requirements.
Drive innovation and process improvements using technology and analytics to optimize forecasting, inventory levels, and responsiveness to trial demands.
2. MDM Strategy and Operations
Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the Mobile Device Management (MDM) program across all Patient Experience solutions.
Oversee MDM policies and procedures for security, configuration, remote wipe, app distribution, and device tracking in compliance with GxP and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Work closely with the Product team to help coordinate device requirements (tablets, phones, wearables, sensors, data plans, etc.) for product release cycles.
3. Vendor and Stakeholder Oversight
Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, couriers, and customs brokers involved in device provisioning, shipping, and help desk support.
Negotiate contracts, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage vendor performance to ensure quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and geographic coverage.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Project Management, Product, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, resource alignment, and budget adherence.
Act as the primary escalation point for all deployment and provisioning issues, troubleshooting complex problems to minimize trial disruption.
4. Operational Excellence and Compliance
Ensure that all logistics and device management activities are in strict compliance with international trade regulations, GxP (GCP, GDP, GMP), ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements for clinical supplies.
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and training materials to scale activities for implementation and enablement engagements.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and increased profit margins.

About the Team:
The Director, Global Deployment & Logistics will lead and drive the strategy for the logistical execution and operational support of our clinical trial solutions globally. This pivotal role ensures the seamless procurement, provisioning, deployment, and support of hardware (devices, wearables, sensors, etc.) required for clinical trials utilizing our software (e.g., eCOA, eConsent). Additionally this role will provide strategic and operational leadership for the management, security, and lifecycle of all provisioned devices utilized by patients and sites in global clinical research trials.
This position requires a strong blend of supply chain and mobile device management expertise, vendor oversight, financial acumen, and experience in a regulated clinical or pharmaceutical environment.)
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Develop, implement, and maintain the global logistics and supply chain strategy for hardware used in clinical trials, ensuring alignment with project timelines and company financial goals.
Oversee the entire device lifecycle, including procurement, inventory management, provisioning, global distribution, returns, and destruction.
Design and execute supply plans that align with clinical trial timelines and requirements.
Drive innovation and process improvements using technology and analytics to optimize forecasting, inventory levels, and responsiveness to trial demands.
2. MDM Strategy and Operations
Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the Mobile Device Management (MDM) program across all Patient Experience solutions.
Oversee MDM policies and procedures for security, configuration, remote wipe, app distribution, and device tracking in compliance with GxP and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Work closely with the Product team to help coordinate device requirements (tablets, phones, wearables, sensors, data plans, etc.) for product release cycles.
3. Vendor and Stakeholder Oversight
Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, couriers, and customs brokers involved in device provisioning, shipping, and help desk support.
Negotiate contracts, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage vendor performance to ensure quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and geographic coverage.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Project Management, Product, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, resource alignment, and budget adherence.
Act as the primary escalation point for all deployment and provisioning issues, troubleshooting complex problems to minimize trial disruption.
4. Operational Excellence and Compliance
Ensure that all logistics and device management activities are in strict compliance with international trade regulations, GxP (GCP, GDP, GMP), ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements for clinical supplies.
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and training materials to scale activities for implementation and enablement engagements.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and increased profit margins.
