This BD role is responsible for driving business breakthroughs in the U.S. ADC market through proactive client engagement and strategic business development. The key focus includes building and expanding ADC client relationships, influencing key decision-makers, identifying client needs and market opportunities, and gathering competitive intelligence. This role will also lead contract negotiations and deal execution to secure new business and support the company's growth strategy in the ADC field.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain close communication with internal cross-functional teams-including R&D, manufacturing, quality, and project management-to ensure timely alignment with customer requirements. Collaborate with CC3 (TS/PL, PMM) and New Modality R&D and manufacturing teams to align on customer needs and project delivery.
Support the development of commercial strategies based on real-time market and customer intelligence.
Gather and Analyze Competitive Intelligence
Regularly monitor competitors' public information, including market activities, product launches, strategic announcements, and financial disclosures.
Utilize professional market research institutions, industry databases, and analytical tools to assess competitors' market share, pricing trends, customer perception, and business strategies.
Provide detailed, actionable intelligence to support internal decision-making, commercial positioning, and competitive strategy development.
Identify gaps and opportunities to strengthen the company's competitive advantage in the U.S. ADC market.
Lead Contract Negotiations and Drive Business Breakthroughs
Take full responsibility for leading commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and deal execution with U.S. ADC clients.
Clearly articulate the company's technical advantages, operational capabilities, and successful project cases to enhance client confidence and close deals.
Work with internal teams to create flexible commercial policies, such as pricing optimization, service upgrades, or partnership models, to meet client needs and increase win rates.
Achieve breakthrough growth in the U.S. ADC business by securing new projects and expanding the company's market presence.
Contribute to the company's overall commercial goals by meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications:
A Master or Ph.D. degree in Biology, Pharmacy, or other related life science areas is required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of hands on business development experience in the CDMO industry with a focus on ADC services.
Existing ADC client resources or prior involvement in strategic partnership building is required.
Demonstrated ability to identify and engage ADC clients, maintain strong business relationships, and successfully drive deal closures.
Solid knowledge of ADC-related scientific and technical principles, applicable regulatory and legal requirements, and commercial and marketing practices.
Familiarity with the ADC development process, including early-stage development, clinical manufacturing, and commercial considerations.

Job Description
The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) acts as the primary customer contact for sales demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting Sobi products as lead by the Regional Sales Director. In this strategic role, the CAM provides current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of Sobi's products and effectively communicates the on-label clinical benefits of the products. As a sales leader, the CAM is expected to achieve territory sales by executing Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies, which includes delivering branded sales messages to customers, representing Sobi at local meetings, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Responsible for representing Sobi's products and services to a defined customer base, generating and growing sales and consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals within a specific geographic area and actively promotes the appropriate use of Sobi products to healthcare professionals in accordance with all Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines
Comprehensive understand of Sobi and competitor products in their therapeutic area, and an in-depth knowledge of the disease states.
Develops and implements a territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals and weekly analysis of territory sales data to help prioritize physician targeting and ensure accurate reporting of physicians
Strict compliance with all regulatory agencies, state, and federal law is required.
Prepares territory budget plans for customer contacts, local symposia, and other miscellaneous external expenditures

Qualifications

BA/BS in business or science
Minimum of 5 years' with dedicated hospital selling experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry, with minimum of 3 years' specialty sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry
A CAM will have a minimum of 3 years' of biologics sales experience that will utilize a specialty pharmacy or 8 years with dedicated hospital selling experience. Experience with a transition of care/patient journey process from the hospital to the outpatient setting
Demonstrated history of high sales performance
Experience with single source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary
Strong work ethic, ability to develop priorities, and manage time appropriately in a large, assigned geography.
Travel within the assigned territory, including overnights, which could be as high as 40-50% in some cases. Must be based in, or located near given geographic territory (relocation will not be provided)

Your Role:

The base salary range for this position is $200,000- $275,000 USD per year. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the LEO Pharma range for this position. Salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.

The Director,NationalAccounts (DNA) for Managed Markets will be a remote (preferably West Coast/MidWest-based) position and responsible for building relationships and implementing managed care strategies with key National payers including United Health/Optum/Emisar, Humana, and Prime Therapeutics. The DNA will be directly responsible for the development and implementation of both coverage and reimbursement strategy that will maximize patient access and optimize product coverage. This role is critical and time sensitive in the pre- and post- launch strategy with large key payer targets, including large national commercial insurers, PBMs (Pharmacy Benefit Managers), and government payer entities. The DNA is expected to cover all market access channels as needed within a large national territory and/or client and is expected to leverage existing relationships with individuals with national and regional payers, Medicare, Commercial and Medicaid market segments.
The NationalAccount Manager will assess business implications of short- and long-term actions with each payer customer and move payer decisions in a direction that provides patient access to care with Hikma brand and generic products. Internally, the DNA position has the responsibility of informing all appropriate commercial personnel of any access changes or updates in account status within targeted accounts, which may impact sales and marketing activities or other efforts across the organization. In addition, the NationalAccount Manager will work with field/virtual sales to create pull-through opportunities based upon payer's favorable formulary status of Hikma's products.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies and tactics to support formulary placement, reimbursement (coverage, coding, payment, and patient access), pathways across payer customers
Deliver value proposition and educate national payer stakeholders on product and economic benefit and reimbursement.
Align to Hikma's overall goals of securing patient access with national payer/PBM organizations for current and upcoming brand and generic product launches.
Initiate, lead and manage the relationships with national and regional payers, in the Medicare, Commercial and Medicaid market segments.
Build and utilize these relationships to generate formulary access and increased demand for the Hikma's overall portfolio by targeting appropriate influencers and decision-makers within these national payer/PBM customer environment.
As the national payer/PBM customer expert, integrate and communicate with all other commercial functions (marketing, field sales, legal) to ensure all market access needs are met across the organization.
Develop and lead the implementation of account-specific business plans while collaborating closely with legal and market access lead on contract negotiations.
For national payer/PBM accounts, lead the pull-through of Hikma Specialty products with Field and Virtual Sales.
Negotiate and pull-through, as necessary, with PBM “child accounts”
Represent the Hikma Market Access organization, with professionalism and integrity, at national payer organizations meetings and internally with various departmental and leadership teams
Qualifications:
BA or BS degree required (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
A minimum of 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech Market Access experience with national payers/PBMs

Compensation

Job Description
Debuting in early 2027, the Omni Pontoque Resort at Punta de Mita will be Omni's first owned and managed property in Mexico! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity as the opening Director of NationalAccounts, to establish Omni's presence in Mexico.
The purpose of this role is to assist the Director of Sales and Director of Sales & Marketing in implementing strategies and tactics designed to maximize group revenue. Summary of Position:
The Director,NationalAccounts role is an opportunity for an experienced payer account executive to help launch apitegromab, Scholar Rock's investigational drug for the treatment of Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute effective lead generation and demand generation campaigns.
Customer Success Enablement:
Develop and deliver impactful customer success training programs, covering customer onboarding, product adoption, and customer retention strategies.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other resources for customer success teams.
Develop and implement customer success best practices and methodologies, including customer health scoring and churn prediction.
Analyze customer health scores and churn data to identify areas for improvement in customer success processes.
Work closely with product management to gather customer feedback and inform product roadmap decisions.
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of enablement specialists.

What you'll bring
The minimum qualifications for this role include:
10+ years professional experience, including 3-5+ years of experience leading a team in sales enablement, sales operations, customer success enablement, or a related field.
Proven experience building and executing successful revenue enablement strategies that encompass both sales and customer success.
Proven experience managing and mentoring a high-performing team of enablement specialists.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies, customer success best practices, and the customer lifecycle.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.

In the United States, we have two geographic pay zones. This role's On Target Earnings (“OTE”) for new hires in each zone are:
Zone 1 (New York, California, Washington): $189,200 (min), $236,500 (mid), $260,150 (max) USD annually
Zone 2 (All other US states): $172,000 (min), $215,000 (mid), $236,500 (max) USD annually
OTE is governed by an incentive plan. It is the sum of a fixed base salary plus incentives at target performance. Incentive compensation will vary based on performance. The minimum amount earned is the fixed base salary.
The listed ranges represent the expected earning potential in this position. Starting salaries for well-qualified new hires are typically around the midpoint of the range. These ranges were determined by a market-based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set equitable, consistent, and competitive ranges. We also evaluate compensation bi-annually, identify any changes in the market and make adjustments to our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed.
OTE is only one element of an employee's total compensation at Sprout. Every Sprout team member has an opportunity to receive restricted stock units (RSUs) under Sprout's equity plan. Employees (and their dependents) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, accidental death, and dismemberment insurance, and Modern Health (a wellness benefit).
