THE ROLE: Director, Privacy Operations, Legal & Business Affairs
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Privacy Operations Director will help support and mature the administration of the A+E Networks privacy program. This role will provide program and project management support, across departments, to drive continual operational improvement and alignment with changing privacy laws and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented and knowledgeable about U.S. and global privacy considerations related to AdTech and content streaming, and operational requirements surrounding data collection and processing related to sites, apps, and SaaS-based platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in establishing the A+E Networks privacy program strategy, in collaboration with key stakeholders.Work collaboratively, across departments, to track and manage enterprise-wide data inventory and mapping efforts, develop a process for continuous maintenance of the inventory, and draft supporting project and process documentation.Oversee privacy impact assessments, to determine and document areas of privacy risk to the organization, as well as identify privacy controls.Manage vendor privacy assessments, develop processes for review, and update relevant process documentation.Manage data subject requests.
