The Role:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Channel Marketing (VARs, Resellers, MSSPs)
Set the channel marketing strategy globally across the Nucleus partner ecosystem.
Build joint demand generation programs with partners (events, webinars, campaigns, incentives).
Support MSSP program growth, developing campaigns to recruit, enable, and co-market with MSSP partners.
Develop partner-specific collateral, case studies, sales tools, and enablement materials.
Track performance of channel programs, measuring ROI and contribution to pipeline.
Federal Marketing
Define and execute the marketing strategy for the federal and SLED markets, supporting growth across agencies, DoD, and defense contractors.
Develop and run campaigns aligned with federal mandates, frameworks, and compliance initiatives (FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC, FISMA, CDM).
Support the Federal Sales team with tailored messaging, collateral, and programs that address agency priorities and compliance requirements.
Manage federal and SLED event strategy, including trade shows, summits, and government cybersecurity forums.
Create content and thought leadership that highlights Nucleus's differentiation and relevance to federal buyers.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen, to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Partner with sales leadership to align marketing investments with pipeline and revenue goals.
Provide reporting and visibility on partner marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and federal program impact.
Manage budgets, MDF, and program ROI with accountability to senior leadership.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of B2B channel marketing experience in cybersecurity, with demonstrated success engaging VARs, distributors, resellers, and MSSPs.

The Role
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Ada, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how our AI-powered customer service solutions are positioned and adopted across enterprise organizations. You'll drive go-to-market success by developing differentiated messaging, launching new capabilities, and enabling our customer-facing teams. With a strong understanding of the AI technology landscape, CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service), and CX, you'll help ensure Ada's offerings are aligned with the evolving needs of modern customer service organizations.
Responsibilities
Product positioning and messaging: Craft compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning that resonates across verticals and personas. Ground your narratives in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights, and ensure they are consistently reflected in sales tools, campaigns, and web content.
Successful launches: Lead cross-functional go-to-market efforts for product launches, driving launch execution and post-launch adoption metrics. Partner closely with product, sales, brand, and marketing teams to define and deliver campaigns that accelerate product adoption.
Resonant storytelling: Ensure every campaign, launch, and GTM initiative reflects a deep understanding of the customer service audience, continuously informed by market research, win/loss analysis, and customer interviews.
Sales enablement: Empower sales and CX teams with tailored collateral (eg. battlecards, customer case studies, data sheets, pitch decks, and competitive briefs), equipping them to confidently position Ada's AI capabilities against traditional and emerging players.
Customer advocacy: Cultivate relationships with key customers to source feedback, capture impactful stories, and turn them into compelling proof points and references for marketing and sales efforts.
Feedback loops with product: Act as the voice of the market within Ada, ensuring that customer feedback, competitive dynamics, and adoption insights continuously influence Ada's AI product roadmap.
About You
7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience within the enterprise segment, ideally in domains such as AI applications, CCaaS, CX, or contact center technology.
Proven track record working across cross-functional workstreams including product management, marketing, customer success, and revenue teams.
Experience bringing technical or AI-driven products to market and enabling internal teams with clear, compelling messaging and tools.
Strong customer-centric, data-driven mindset with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A compelling storyteller with a strategic, analytical approach and the ability to confidently present at conferences, webinars, and customer meetings.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects, all while maintaining a high bar for quality and execution.

Education Required:

Experience Required:
10+ years' progressive experience in a professional environment, including customer service, B2B, Healthcare IT, software, client reference, or client success.
5+ years' people leadership experience, with demonstrated success building and developing high-performing teams.
5+ years' as director level management.
5+ years' leading complex programs or projects at scale.
5+ years' healthcare experience.
Proven experience in demand gen, customer marketing, or product marketing-preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

This role requires a proven events and field marketing leader who knows how to partner with Sales, Demand Generation, and Revenue Operations to create pipeline-driving experiences that engage our top enterprise and mid-market accounts. You'll set the strategy, roll up your sleeves to execute, and build the team and programs that fuel Fleetio's next phase of growth.
Your impact
Develop and own the global field and events strategy spanning tradeshows, customer roadshows, ABM activations, and digital-to-in-person campaigns that drive pipeline and strengthen customer engagement.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Programs, and Demand Generation to provide field teams with exceptional onsite event support while connecting events seamlessly to digital campaigns.
Design and execute ABM and outbound event strategies focused on our top 10 enterprise and high mid-market accounts, driving growth and retention in our most strategic customer segments.
Lead the end-to-end execution of trade shows, user events, regional programs, and partner activations-from concept to post-event analysis.
Own budget, logistics, and ROI measurement for all event and field marketing investments, ensuring operational excellence and measurable impact.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Brand to ensure event content and experiences reflect Fleetio's unique value and storytelling.
Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing team as Fleetio's field and event marketing function grows over time.

Your experience
10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, including field marketing, tradeshows, ABM, and customer event leadership (SaaS experience strongly preferred).
Proven track record building and executing integrated campaigns across digital and in-person channels.
Deep understanding of enterprise (ENT), outbound, and ABM motions, with the ability to translate those into effective event and field strategies for key accounts.
Strong alignment experience with Sales and Revenue teams, driving collaboration that converts marketing efforts into measurable pipeline.
Exceptional project management, communication, and vendor management skills.
Strategic thinker who can operate at both the 30,000-foot view and the “in the weeds” level to get things done.
