RESPONSIBILITIES

* Partners with assigned business unit leadership teams to identify, develop, and deliver key performance indicators (KPI's) throughout the organization aligned to business unit and company-wide objectives.

* Works with functional teams to streamline processes that improve business objectives, with a specific focus on the customer experience, efficiency, and profitable growth.

What you'll do:

Plans, coordinates, and directs quality assurance program designed to ensure continuous quality of products consistent with established standards and customer requirements.

Oversees and facilitates all QA activities, provides continuous improvement consulting services to internal customers, employs knowledge of performance improvement strategies, principles, methodology, techniques, and data analysis.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related health care discipline is required.

Knowledge of URAC, NCQA &/or ISO background a plus.
