Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage the firm's internal events program, including partnering with key stakeholders such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Legal Personnel, Legal Recruitment, Business Development, Pro Bono, and Professional Development & Training to create and implement legal recruitment events, firm diversity events, internal lawyer and departmental events, professional development training seminars and CLE events, pro bono events, client events, firm-wide annual events, and other functions that align with business needs
Oversee and execute logistics for events including, as needed, site selection, budget development and maintenance, contract negotiation, food and beverage, audio-visual and technology setup, creation of invitations, invitation list development and registration management; collaborate with in-house counsel when appropriate

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE TO THE CAUSEComprehensive Event & Experience Strategy Development o Develop big picture concepts of in-person and visual experiential events and activations, and articulate vision to senior leadership through concrete objectives, tangible deliverables, and actionable operational plans aligned with organizational goals. o Develop annual goals and strategies to ensure appropriate alignment of budget and resources throughout the year. o Develop, monitor, and maintain accountability for measurable event metrics, assisting team in creating and adjusting strategies as needed to reach targeted goals.
