You will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and adoption of Color services in the U.S. and international public sector. The initial focus will be U.S. however the role may evolve to also focus on international as opportunities are identified. You will work very closely with the Color sales team to drive joint sales engagement, as well as strategically plan for development of future opportunities and pursuits.

In this role, you will establish deep business and technical relationships with partners through your knowledge of the customer's mission and the environment. You will have day-to-day interactions with your partner in support of Public Sector accounts. The ideal candidate has both a business background that enables them to engage at the CXO level, and a sales background that enables them to build and execute go-to-market programs with partners. They should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about the mission, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have/Be:5+ years of partner/business development, enterprise sales, and/or program/product management experience with a focus on public sector agencies or systems integrators.5+ years experience with Public Sector technology capture, procurement, and contracting processes.5+ years experience developing, enabling and supporting SIs and/or Managed Service Providers (MSPs) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

The Specialist, Domestic Sales Performance will be responsible for developing thoughtful analyses, providing strategic recommendations, and coordinating efforts across Delta's commercial organization to improve performance in the Domestic entity for the Global Sales organization.

This position is located in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities include:

+ Work in partnership and coordinate efforts across Delta's commercial organization including Revenue Management, Network, Marketing, and other divisions to improve Domestic entity performance

+ Work closely with Sales Development, Sales Operations, and Field Sales teams, to understand and synthesize qualitative data and account performance that is or could impact overall route performance

+ Perform various statistical and quantitative analysis of Sales channels on Domestic markets to maximize revenue opportunities and achieve both Sales and commercial goals

+ Identify problematic markets, improve passenger / revenue share and gap performance, and continually work to increase margins and profitability

+ Work with a variety of data sources including, but not limited to MIDT, RPAD, and ARC/IATA, PRISM and external sources such as Diio Mi and DOT data

+ Formulate, coordinate, implement, and track action plans that support broader Delta strategies

+ Represent Global Sales at cross-commercial meetings and at various Sales functions

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

+ Minimum 4 years of related work experience

+ Solution-oriented, multi-task capable, and have demonstrated the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

+ Should possess superior financial and analytical skills, sound organizational and planning skills, and a proven ability to prioritize and make sound business decisions

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

* Lead all aspects of Sales/Revenue reporting and analytics including but not limited to daily sales reporting, monthly revenue flash, quarterly revenue and reported/organic growth rate calculations, latest revenue estimates by commercial divisions/franchises and revenue/daily revenue trends
* Lead the 5 year strategic plan and long-term financial processes for the entire company including strong collaboration with all commercial divisions of the organization
* Drive greater visibility to revenue and Standard margin opportunities by delivering on value add analytics and scenario building, supporting company decision making
* Drive the development of all our revenue analytical needs including supporting Treasury analytical and automation needs as well as process improvement and standardization across the company
* Interpret financial data and transfer into meaningful and focused analytics to drive key actions and performance results in support of executive leadership decision making.
* Own Management revenue updated including ELT decks, SMT updates, global and finance townhalls as well as Commercial MBRs
* Maintain all critical revenue data management and mapping including unmapped revenue, franchise/sales channels, New Product Introductions, discontinued products
* Advance collaboration with commercial FP&A teams to drive alignment and improve visibility and predictability of revenue estimates and scenarios
* Own Revenue reporting and analytics in the Earnings supplemental decks/materials
* Lead standardization and automation of revenue templates as well as global approach to simplify and harmonize financial processes
* Drive all aspect of Enterprise Sales FP&A including managing the complexity and timeliness of GPO Membership Management and Compliance management - LOC & Tier Movements, Roster Management, GPO Administrative fee calculations, Sales tracing fees and rebates, contract performance assessment and compliance incl. GPO audits
* Direct a team of 3-5 direct reports to drive results in the completion of impactful revenue and margin analytics, development of new capabilities and driving Enterprise Sales FP&A in optimism GPO management and compliance. Manage their development and create meaningful opportunities.
* Assist senior management with ah-hoc/special projects to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position.

* Bachelor's and Master/MBA degrees in Finance or Accounting preferred
* 10-15 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting and/or Sales Operations roles including Financial Planning and Analysis and Commercial finance experience preferred
* Strong Excel and analytical skills as well as proven facility in financial modeling required
* Detail oriented; strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills in conjunction with the ability to interact with all levels in the organization are a must
