Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent plus 12 years of professional experience, including 5 years of supervisory experience.

The HR Business Partner will be an integral part of the Madison Plywood HR Team, reporting to the Sr Manager, HRBP. It is a hands-on position, requiring on-the-floor presence and providing HR support to Madison Plywood Operations. This position will interact and partner with Madiosn's external community and leverage HR capability groups.
What You Will Do
Quickly build effective working relationships centered on trust by way of practical and strategic guidance across functions in Hourly and Salaried teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
