Qualifications

Proven success in designing and executing enterprise -wide HR strategies.

The base salary range for this role is displayed below-starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.

Under the direction and supervision of the Associate Vice President, Human Resources, the Senior Director, Human Resources, assists in the management and oversight of the human resources functions of the College, including recruitment, employee relations/retention/investigations, compensation/benefits, training/development, local/state/federal labor law compliance, performance management, records maintenance, and data management and reporting. POLICY, CLASSIFICATION, AND COMPENSATION

Schedule

HR Information Systems creates, tests and implements HR service delivery strategies and support HR business processes using HR information systems. This job family selects and manages relationships with HRIS vendors, identifies HRIS needs and capabilities, and tests new features of the system as they are implemented. HR Information Systems also processes employee information, maintains employee records and prepares statistical summaries and reports from the HRIS to support management and other internal stakeholders.

+ Monitors HR information needs and designs new or modifies existing functional processes to meet changing requirements.
+ Researches, analyzes, designs, maintains and communicates functional processes & solutions in support of human resource administration and projects.
+ Analyzes, develops and documents enterprise HR business processes aligned to HR policies and programs.
+ Understands and analyzes HR data relationships across all business processes and solutions.
+ Identifies root cause, evaluates enterprise impacts and develops solutions for data and business process breakdowns.

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for performance of the agency's Human Resources, Safety, & Loss Prevention programs. The Director of Human Resources oversees wage and hour compliance, fosters positive employee relations, ensures the utilization of effective selection techniques, and maintains employment-related legal compliance.
