In this role, you will join an established HR department and will be responsible for supporting the needs of the manufacturing facility. Resolve HR-related issues and manage employee engagement, retention strategies, and professional development initiatives. Provide guidance to the internal Recruiter for non-union roles, manage candidate pipelines, and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
