Qualifications
3-5 years of HR Generalist or HR Specialist experience (3PL, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics preferred).
Strong understanding of HR compliance, recruiting practices, and employee relations.
Experience in a start-up, rapid-growth, or high-volume hiring environment is a major plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to support multiple shifts and occasionally adjust hours based on operational needs.

SG&A Recruiting Excellence
* Oversee end-to-end SG&A recruiting delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment of roles across corporate functions (Finance, HR, Legal, IT, etc.).
* Drive consistency, quality, and scalability in SG&A recruitment processes and standards across geographies.
* Establish KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to monitor hiring performance, talent pipeline strength, and business impact.
Team Leadership & Development
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters, fostering professional development and engagement.
* Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across the TA function.
Qualifications & Experience
* 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including direct executive search and SG&A recruiting leadership.
* Demonstrated success in building and scaling enterprise talent strategies for non-revenue generating but business-critical functions.
* Experience establishing talent brand presence in competitive markets, with a particular emphasis on AI and technology sectors.
* Strong executive presence and proven ability to advise and influence senior leaders.
