About The Role The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support and coordination across multiple city-based locations. Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers and central administration to identify and address budgeted personnel needs. Training & Development: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees across various cities. Work with local managers to facilitate training programs that are consistent with company goals. Support employee performance reviews and ensure development plans are in place for career growth. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assist in the coordination and processing of payroll across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Support employees with benefits-related questions and issues, ensuring they are aware of benefits offerings and enrolment periods. Work with the finance team to ensure compliance with compensation and benefits policies. HR Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records for all cities in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. Provide HR metrics and reports to leadership, tracking key performance indicators such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment outcomes. Conduct periodic audits of HR data to ensure consistency and accuracy. Cross-Location Coordination: Act as a liaison between different city-based HR teams, ensuring alignment of HR strategies, policies, and practices. Facilitate communication between remote teams, ensuring consistent messaging and updates across locations. Employee Engagement & Retention: Monitor employee satisfaction and address any concerns to improve retention rates across cities. Coordinate employee recognition programs, ensuring initiatives are impactful and equitable across locations. Implement company-wide initiatives that promote work-life balance and employee well-being. Health and Safety: Oversee workplace safety initiatives in compliance with OSHA and state-specific regulations. Ensure that all employees are aware of health and safety policies and procedures and conduct regular safety training as needed. Other Duties: Assist with special HR projects as required, including policy updates, culture initiatives, and process improvements. Work closely with senior management to align HR practices with overall business goals. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management. Multisite and Travel Requirement: This is a multisite role that may require travel to other states as business needs arise. Flexibility to travel is required for the role. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of experience in HR or related roles, preferably in a multi-location environment. Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams across different locations. Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems). Ability to travel as needed to various locations.
