**The team you will be a part of**
As the Global HR Analytics COE Lead, this role is responsible for leading the Global HR Analytics COE team. You'll work closely with the Global Org & Talent COE (Org Effectiveness, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Leadership Development, and Inclusion and Diversity) and the Global Total Rewards COE (Compensation, Benefits, and Global Mobility), and other cross-functional partners to develop key data and analytics and turn these insights into effective decisions and actions.
**This role in summary**
Whirlpool is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to fill a critical Senior Manager, Global HR Analytics COE Lead position located at our Global Headquarters in Benton Harbor, Michigan, or from our World of Whirlpool location in Chicago, IL. This role is fully onsite, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team that develops data-driven solutions and strategies to equip our People Leaders to make more informed decisions in the areas of organization, talent, and culture. You will play a critical role in enabling several strategic HR initiatives, including our focus on building a robust supply of talent that is prepared and ready to fill key leadership roles.
For Chicago-based candidates, bi-weekly in-office attendance at our Global Headquarters in Benton Harbor, Michigan, is required. This attendance is defined as one or two days at our Global Headquarters every other week.

**Your responsibilities will include**
**Stakeholder Collaboration & Consultation:**
+ Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their needs and align analytics efforts with organizational goals.

**Minimum requirements**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics or a related field.

+ Experience (5+ years) in managing a cloud computing environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

The Position
Reporting to an Assistant City Manager, the Director of HumanResources provides leadership and direction for all aspects of the City. The Director of HumanResources works in close collaboration with the City's Civil Service Board and serves as a trusted advisor to the City Manager's Office, department leaders, and executives on workforce policies and practices.

- Leads the implementation of new benefit programs within the facilities; arranges and conducts employee information presentations during new hire and open enrollment and schedules one on one meetings when an employee's employment status changes or when they have a life event.
- Track all facility work related injuries. Educates all department managers and supervisors on processes to follow when an employee is injured (forms, medical treatment, etc.). Ensures a proper investigation and root cause analysis is completed with each incident/injury.
- Maintain assigned facilities HR records and other related documents as necessary to include: Employee Files, Employee Health Records, Licenses/Certifications, and Training records- CPR, in-services, policy review, etc.
- Assists surveyors with employee file reviews for assigned locations.
- Coordinates with facility leadership and the HumanResources team to identify, create, and facilitate training and development programs to meet the needs of the entire organization and/or for the assigned facilities.
- Assess, develop, and implement employee retention and engagement strategy for assigned facility in partnership with the Facility Administrator and Director of Nursing. Ensure retention by developing and implementing programs to foster a workplace environment that is consistent with the values and vision outlined by the leadership of the company.
- Works closely the HumanResources team to create, revise, maintain, interpret and train management on HR and corporate policies.

The team you will be a part of
As the Global HR Analytics COE Lead, this role is responsible for leading the Global HR Analytics COE team. You'll work closely with the Global Org & Talent COE (Org Effectiveness, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Leadership Development, and Inclusion and Diversity) and the Global Total Rewards COE (Compensation, Benefits, and Global Mobility), and other cross-functional partners to develop key data and analytics and turn these insights into effective decisions and actions.
This role in summary
Whirlpool is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to fill a critical Senior Manager, Global HR Analytics COE Lead position located at our Global Headquarters in Benton Harbor, Michigan, or from our World of Whirlpool location in Chicago, IL. This role is fully onsite, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team that develops data-driven solutions and strategies to equip our People Leaders to make more informed decisions in the areas of organization, talent, and culture. You will play a critical role in enabling several strategic HR initiatives, including our focus on building a robust supply of talent that is prepared and ready to fill key leadership roles.
For Chicago-based candidates, bi-weekly in-office attendance at our Global Headquarters in Benton Harbor, Michigan, is required. This attendance is defined as one or two days at our Global Headquarters every other week.

Your responsibilities will include
Stakeholder Collaboration & Consultation:
* Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their needs and align analytics efforts with organizational goals.
* Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, designing solutions that produce data-driven insights to meet their needs and inform their critical decisions.
Data Strategy and Management:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy, including data collection, integration, storage, and security, leveraging our AWS cloud environment.
Analytics and Insights:
* Lead the design and development of advanced analytics models, tools, and dashboards to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and talent management processes.
Data Visualization & Storytelling:
* Present complex data findings in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
Team Leadership:
* Manage and develop a team of primarily remote team members, ensuring their professional growth, development, and alignment with functional goals.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning, data-driven decision-making, customer focus, and innovation within the analytics team.
Minimum requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics or a related field.
* Experience (10+ years) in data and analytics.
* Experience (5+ years) in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker DataStudio).
* Experience (5+ years) in managing a cloud computing environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
* Experience (3+ years) leading and developing a team, either through formal or informal people leadership experience.
Preferred skills and experiences
* Certification in data analysis, data science, or a relevant field.
* Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
* Knowledge of workforce planning and human capital trends.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.

Job Summary:

Duties:
Gathers information, analyzes and prepares complex statistical reports for diverse humanresources functions, projecting impact on employees, departments and bargaining groups.

Maintains HRIS system as it relates to benefits, deductions and other records within areas of responsibility as assigned. Performs routine audits to ensure data accuracy.
Assists department leaders with employee issues relating to performance management.
Provides excellent customer service using all avenues of communication including written, verbal and intranet posts.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in humanresources, labor & employee relations, organizational management business administration or closely related field.
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in humanresources; or any combination of education, training or experience that demonstrates ability to perform the duties of the position.
Two (2) years of HumanResource Information System (HRIS) experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
Two (2) years of supervisory experience for a humanresources department
Two (2) years of Finance/Budgeting experience
Five (5) years of Benefits Administration experience
