In this role you will:
· Serves on the site leadership team; acts as a coach, advisor, and confidante to operations leaders

· Leverage specialized knowledge about the unique plant's practices, business needs, people, and procedures to execute HR tasks

· Manage supplemental activities such as community outreach, employee events, etc.

· Bachelor's degree

· Previous management experience

Overview
The Corporate HR Business Partner II is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management within the corporate business unit. Supervisory Responsibilities:
May oversee the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of subordinate staff in the department.
May assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment
