Ensuring the initial report is entered into RisxFacs for Worker' Compensation (WC) and Liability and acting as a liaison between Gallagher Bassett (GB) and associate. Assists in determining training needs and developing programs to improve performance and professional development. QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor's degree with major or emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration or a closely related field required for external candidates but preferred for internal candidates. Experience 5 years of experience in Human Resources management, 3 years of which have been in a supervisory position preferred and/or an equivalent combination of related training and experience. Certificates, Licenses and Registrations Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
