YOUR PROFILE Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related area of focus is required. A minimum 10 years of total business experience with 7 years of applicable HR Business Partner or HR management experience. Must be bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to engage in professional communication. Strong communication skills and interpersonal effectiveness, including strong relationship building, team building and conflict management experience. Strong leadership experience managing HR teams and executing HR and talent acquisition strategies. Computer savvy (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio), have excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills, and highly detail-oriented.
