Essential Job Functions:
The partner must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation:
* Administer, interpret and communicate Human Resources policies and procedures throughout the Main and Regional distributions centers to maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Determine local policies and practices for Distribution Center associates.
* Oversee the payroll and accounts payable functions at the Distribution Center; ensure compliance with governmental regulations.
* Oversee recruitment and manage the development and retention of a talented and balanced workforce.
* Investigate and resolve employee relations issues. Counsel management on progressive discipline and other employee performance issues. Proactively promote good employee relations.
* Provide benefit support including annual open enrollment and resolution of benefit issues.
* Administer compensation programs including reviewing and revising job descriptions, monitoring pay plan progression and administering the performance and salary review process.
* Administer Distribution Center safety program and workers' compensation issues; ensure compliance with governmental regulations.
* Establish Associate training and development needs and implement and coordinate training programs.
Education/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree required.
* 7+ years progressively responsible professional level Human Resources experience.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and general working knowledge of employment laws/regulations, compensation administration, training and development, benefits, and health and safety.

Job Description
Human Resources at the University of Nevada, Reno, seeks strategic, dynamic, and results-driven candidates to champion Human Resources functions as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).
This posting is for a current opening in Advancement and for future openings in other Colleges and Divisions on campus. This posting is for either level of HRBP and will be determined based on organizational need and experience of the successful candidate. Positions report to Human Resources with a dotted-line relationship to the supported business unit.
HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) oversees and leads day-to-day delivery and execution of human resources programs, policies and initiatives for an assigned school, college, or business function. The HRBP serves as a trusted advisor and partner to leaders, faculty, and staff, providing guidance, support, and solutions in the areas of organizational development, training, recruitment, classification and compensation, performance management, employee relations, data and reporting, accommodations and leaves. The position will also provide support in the completion of required HR processes, including Workday and Payroll transactions. The HRBP needs to thrive in a dynamic environment that changes frequently and be passionate about driving organizational success through Faculty and staff strategies.
Senior HR Business Partner
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides strategic leadership and oversight of HR initiatives for an assigned school, college, or business unit. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, this position aligns people strategies with institutional and unit goals across workforce planning, organizational development, recruitment, classification and compensation, employee relations, and learning and development. The Senior HRBP exercises a high degree of independence and judgment to influence decisions, design effective structures, and foster inclusive, high-performing cultures. The role partners with central HR teams to ensure consistency in policy application while tailoring solutions to meet unit needs. The position may lead or mentor HR or administrative staff and oversee HR operations, data reporting, and compliance efforts.
Required Qualifications
HR Business Partner
Bachelor's Degree in human resources or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience; OR
Master's Degree in human resources or a related field and two (2) year of related work experience.
Related Experience: Human Resources experience as a generalist advising, consulting, and completing HR actions and influencing people outcomes or related.
Senior HR Business Partner
Bachelor's Degree in human resources or a related field and five (5) years of related work experience; OR
Master's Degree in human resources or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience.
Related Experience: Human Resources experience as a HR business partner or senior-level generalist with experience in multiple functional areas (such as employee relations, classification and compensation, organizational development, recruiting, etc.) and experience leading HR initiatives or projects or related.
Preferred Qualification
SHRM or HRCI certification preferred

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will partner with people leaders/managers to deliver strategic HR guidance, drive talent initiatives, and implement process improvements that enhance organizational effectiveness for the Diagnostic Solutions (DS) business. The HRBP will help integrate HR analytics, reporting, and process optimization to enhance the associate experience globally. Additionally, this role will serve as the primary HR site support for the DS Sparks, Maryland headquarters to ensure we continue to optimize the resources and space to promote engagement and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partner (50%)
Partner with people leaders and managers to understand organizational goals and provide HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.
Engage with business leaders to proactively identify people-related issues and initiatives to help drive our talent agenda forward.
Help the DS HR Team implement strategies that streamline processes and enhance associate and manager experience.
Site Support (25%)
Own and deliver associate onboarding and orientation ensuring smooth transition into the company and improving speed to productivity
Provide on-site HR support for employees and managers, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Act as a point of contact for HR inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
HR Analytics & Process Optimization (25%)
Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Deliver monthly analysis of performance against Org Health Dashboard and business KPIs.
Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 3-5 years of Human Resources or recruiting experience required

The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. This role may be hired at a Senior Staff Level or Principal level depending on candidate skill, experience and qualifications
The typical starting salary range for this role at the Senior Staff Level is: $170,000 - $190,000.
The typical starting salary range for this role at the Principal Level is: $200,000 - $235,000.

We're looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead Ridgeline's high-performing talent acquisition function. You'll manage a team driving recruiting strategy, operational excellence, and a best-in-class candidate experience. This is a highly visible leadership role partnering closely with executives and hiring managers across the company to scale our teams thoughtfully and effectively.

What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of recruiters and recruiting support staff.
Design and execute Ridgeline's talent acquisition strategy globally to meet hiring goals across all functions.
Partner with senior leadership to understand business priorities, workforce plans, and evolving talent needs.
Optimize recruiting operations, leveraging data and technology to improve efficiency, consistency, and equity in hiring.
Be a critical stakeholder in implementation and ongoing administration of Workday Recruiting.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by embedding inclusive hiring practices and ensuring diverse candidate pipelines.
Refine and enhance employer branding, partnering with Marketing and People teams to elevate Ridgeline's presence in key talent markets.
Analyze and report on key recruiting metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate tools, systems, and partners that support recruiting excellence.
Be on point to recruit executive level or high profile roles as needed.
What We Look For:
12+ years of recruiting experience including recruiting internationally
4+ years experience in people management or recruiting leadership role
Proven success leading high-performing recruiting teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (preferably in tech or SaaS)
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and ATS tools like Greenhouse and Workday
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Deep commitment to building inclusive, equitable hiring processes
Willingness to learn and leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline tasks and communication
Strategic thinker who can operate both at a 10,000-foot view and in the details when needed

Compensation and Benefits
The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. In select locations (including, the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below.
The typical starting salary range for this role in the select locations listed above is: $200,000 - $235,000.
Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
