Requirements What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). 7-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally including executive-level responsibility. Leads with courage by initiating and navigating complex, high-stakes conversations with executive leadership, addressing sensitive issues through thoughtful questioning and creating alignment with clarity, empathy, and integrity.
