Job Description The HRBP is the primary resource for creating alignment between HR and talent and business strategy. The HRBP is aligned to market sectors, business leaders, and/or functions to provide HR expertise and consulting for building organizational capability to achieve current and future business objectives by developing proactive HR strategies and practices. The HRBP drives and influences key organizational health and engagement initiatives with the business, provides advice and counsel, and executes key initiatives.
