The Director of Construction Program Management is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale telecommunications infrastructure projects across multiple regions. This role oversees program managers, project teams, and contractors to ensure construction initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business goals.
