Required Qualifications:

* 3+ year track record speaking to the media on matters of security and cyber threats
* 7+ years of experience responding to or investigating cyber threats
* 3+ years of experience talking to CISOs, security operations, and IT security roles on security risks
* 5+ years of experience delivering security protection or detection services to customers

Preferred Qualifications:

* Proven ability to collaborate across boundaries and work with teams on a common goal
* Excellent customer advocacy skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* 5+ year track record presenting at conferences on cyber risks and threats

* Define Microsoft's strategy on building structured conversations with customers on risks and threats.
* Talk to CISOs, CxO, IT, and IT Security audiences and represent Microsoft's perspective on risk and threat intelligence
* Contribute to written threat and risk customer facing deliverables and content

The Director of Business Intelligence (hereafter “BI”) will successfully apply their years of experience in data analysis and strategic consulting as the BI lead on any of our myriad of enterprise clients within the health and wellness industry. Paramount to this success will be the ability to utilize the many data sources at the disposal of the BI team to not only represent the business impact that our media/marketing campaigns have in the marketplace but also the ability to translate these learnings into actionable strategic recommendations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities

While every engagement is unique, typical engagements require execution against the following tasks and deliverables:

Crafting and maintaining professional relationships with the many members of your client team(s) while being solely responsible for the consistent level of quality in communications and deliverables for the entire team that serves on the client's behalf

Work throughout the year with internal (PHM) and external (client team, partner agencies/consulting groups) stakeholders to craft measurement plans/proposals that satisfy all client needs/objectives and address business challenges/opportunities with clearly defined goals and definitions of program success

With the above, oversee the creation of the business rules and parameters of the engagement as well as participate in conjunction with internal Finance and Operations teams in the scoping process and any necessary requests for proposal from outside vendors/data companies

As we execute on the behalf of the client, manage the many internal data sources and (where
applicable) third-party vendors/data streams that comprise our custom measurement platform
while keeping work stream on task within the established timelines and delivery dates

Synthesize the data available into insights/recommendations about the success of our programs in transforming the behavior of our target audience (most likely healthcare professionals, patients/prospects or a combination of the two) while identifying opportunities for program optimization and enhancement

Utilize the aforementioned insights/recommendations as the foundation for presentations, reports, assorted client deliverables in either a face-to-face setting or via WebEx/teleconference

Identify areas of opportunity to expand our presence through consultative selling at current clients while periodically participating in the any new business development opportunities as they arise

Display ability to help grow business organically or through assisting the pitch process for new business acquisition

Experience working across multiple aspects of the PHM client base including HCP and DTC media, data integration projects, scoping/staffing, contracting for data use and third party partnerships

Differentiated experience in developing measurement plan frameworks for multiple clients including varied analytics methods (projection methodologies, data matching, etc), KPI evaluation and recommendations

Experience in managing multiple client engagements/projects concurrently, being able to adjust mindset and frame of thinking quickly to address varied needs of a diverse client pool

Demonstrated ability to quickly pick up high level concepts and synthesize learning to apply BI thought process and open opportunities to integrate with other BI engagements and areas of the organization

Exhibits high emotional intelligence as it regards managing stakeholders and different personalities both client and internal

We are looking for a Director for Incident Response, Detection Analytics, Investigations and Intelligence. This role is a trusted resource that works well across the business, knows how to set expectations and prioritization, and is comfortable working with a broad mix of stakeholders varying in sophistication related to legal, public relations, and business needs. The Director is expected to use analytics to drive detection and containment of fraudulent events and achieve the right business outcomes. This role requires someone who knows how to pivot quickly while also being prepared to adjust their day based on security events and activities. The Director will own the detection and response strategy, service level agreements, and related operational deliverables.
Responsibilities:

We are looking for a leader to own and expand the detection and incident response program for the US region. Able to mine large data sets using sophisticated analytical techniques to generate insights and inform business decisions. You will be heavily engaged with the organization that supports tooling needs and proactively building solutions that assist with automation and proactively addressing fraud.

This leader will require strong experience in strategic communications, issue management, and collaboration to resolve security issues. Ideally, the individual must have the ability to take complex topics and distill the subject, anecdotes, and data so all stakeholders understand how to move forward, while also keeping leadership aware on the latest threats and challenges that our organization is handling. Juggle competing priorities, communicate compelling messages clearly, and be highy skilled on how to drive a high level of focus and excellence across teams. Must be also comfortable working with deep ambiguity and autonomy.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 + years of experience in security and fraud

- 7+ years of which must be experience in incident response program

- 7+ years' experience with data analysis

- Translates quantitative analyses and findings into accessible visuals for non-technical audiences, providing a clear view into interpreting the data

- Broad knowledge of predictive analytic techniques and statistical diagnostics of models

- Experience developing or using security products, services, tools

- Technical knowledge of application security, cloud security, mobile security, penetration testing, Third Party Security, compliance, etc.

- Demonstrated track record of success working with cross-organizational leaders

- Able to adjusts and 'translate' concepts to a wide audience of stakeholders-both internal and external

- Persuasive verbal & written communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and drive projects and issues to completion

- Comfortable working with deep ambiguity and autonomy

- High level of ownership and accountability
