Purpose
The Brand Lead, US Marketing (HCP) will work with the Global Portfolio Strategy Head, to develop and implement Global and US prioritized tactics for both disease state and branded communications in support of Chiesi's HIDO franchise. This role is based in our office in Boston, MA.
Main Responsibilities
Brand leadership of Product:
Lead the end-to-end launch strategy, ensuring alignment with global and US cross-functional teams
Develop and execute a comprehensive launch roadmap, including pre-launch planning, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch optimization
Drive launch excellence by embedding best practices, KPIs, and agile feedback loops across all launch phases
Partner with Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Advocacy and Commercial teams to ensure label alignment, access strategy, and scientific narrative readiness
Ensure budget is accurately accounted for and reconciled against budget
Develop HCP strategic and branded and unbranded tactical plan in collaboration with the global commercial lead and cross-functional commercial team
Translate clinical data and patient insights into compelling value propositions and brand messaging
Leads HCP digital strategy for disease education, identifying opportunities, driving innovation, implementing tactics and measuring ROI
Drive the brand's peer-to-peer strategy, priorities and goals, and ensure that initiatives are aligned with brand business objectives, including integration of KOL strategy into overall brand marketing strategy
Lead the planning and execution of all U.S. HCP speaker programs, including content development and budget allocations
Lead the planning and execution of all U.S. Commercial advisor boards and collection of key insights
Support development of KOL engagement plans, advisory boards, and congress strategy:
Ensure brand presence at key events and scientific platforms
Engage with KOL leadership and establish commercial relationships
Develop branded, promotional tactics in alignment with the overall brand strategy
Collaborate with Thought Leader Liaison to collect field insights and transform insights into actions
Ensure successful execution of field-driven tactics through cross-functional collaboration
Refine brand messaging and tactics based on market insights and/or KPIs
Utilize high level of business acumen in analyzing and coordinating activities from identified industry trends, competitor's resources and practices
Manage agency partners on market research efforts, creation of marketing materials, and channel strategy for optimal execution of communication materials
Build cross-functional/Regional collaborations, to ensure alignment on projects/processes and to share best practices
Experience Required
5+ years sales, marketing or other relevant commercial or analytical experience
4+ years pharmaceutical brand marketing
Rare Disease experience preferred
Product launch experience highly preferred
Digital marketing experience preferred
Experience with OPDP and FDA requirements
Solutions-oriented, strong analytical and presentation skills
Creative, innovative, problem-solving approach
Willingness to travel approximately 25%, including some international travel. Travel will vary by month based upon projects and meetings.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a life science; MBA, or advanced degree, preferred.
Compensation
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $190,000 to $215,000. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. If hired, the employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The Role Logistics

We're looking for a "Hands On" Marketing Manager who already knows how to take an agency brand from “known” to “in-demand.” Someone who's successfully marketed an agency before, understands the multifamily industry inside and out, and can walk in the door with a plan-not a learning curve. (This is a hands on role for a doer).
This role requires a sharp strategist who can also execute, a builder who loves data as much as storytelling, and someone who can elevate Resident360's presence, pipeline, and authority across the industry. The Role (What You'll Lead)
Own the R360 marketing strategy: Set the plan, align to company goals, prioritize ruthlessly, and report what's working (and what's not).
Campaigns that convert: Plan and run integrated campaigns across content, paid, email, and social. You'll build the funnel end-to-end-from awareness to demo requests.
Market intelligence: Drive research on trends, competitor moves, target segments, and new opportunities; turn insights into action.
Performance management: Define KPIs, instrument tracking, and optimize constantly (creative, channels, budget mix).
Cross-functional glue: Partner with Sales, Product/Web, and Client Services to keep messaging tight and handoffs clean.
Budget & ROI: Allocate spend for maximum impact, forecast accurately, and reallocate fast. Lead generation is the north star.
Brand stewardship: Keep our story sharp and consistent across web, decks, case studies, and the podcast.
Digital excellence: Oversee SEO, content, paid search/social, email, and marketing ops/automation with the different internal teams.
Partnerships: Manage and grow relationships with external platforms and vendors (e.g., BLDUP, media outlets, RealPage integrations).
Thought leadership: Elevate R360's presence via webinars, events, tradeshows, and PR.

What You Bring
4-5+ years in a multifamily marketing role.
A track record of building ROI-positive lead gen programs (paid + organic) and owning the number.
Strong command of SEO, content strategy, paid media, email nurture, and analytics.
Comfortable in the tools (GA4, ad platforms, Hubspot, dashboards) and fluent in experimentation.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as the Associate Director of Marketing focused on the LBCL indication. The Associate Director will play an important role in developing HCP promotion, cultivating an integrated LBCL strategy, and implementing a cross‑functional tactical plan to support and grow Yescarta's LBCL indication. This person will report to the head of LBCL within Kite's US Commercial Department.
Key Responsibilities of the Associate Director of Marketing - Yescarta include:
Develop and optimize brand strategies and marketing tactics using market research and analytics, ensuring accurate փmeasurement of promotional tactics.
Oversee the development and execution of annual brand plans, including long‑term strategic imperatives and short‑term tactical priorities. Champion cross‑functional alignment and ensure seamless execution across key stakeholders.
Develop and deliver differentiated brand and marketing concepts and materials, aligning with the brand's purpose, target customer needs, and industry trends.
Collaborate with the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) to create compliant and effective promotional tactics and ensure their effective implementation.
Formulate, develop, and implement strategic plans while escalating market challenges and barriers to leadership, proposing appropriate solutions.
Exhibit a “roll up your sleeves” attitude, demonstrating the ability to follow through on projects within tight timelines.

Basic Qualifications
Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) with 5+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, pharmaceutical marketing, or biotechnology marketing OR

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, pharmaceutical marketing, or biotechnology marketing OR

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $177,905.00 心 $230,230.00. Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary.
