Responsibilities
A. Job Knowledge
Responsible for the receipt and distribution of central supply, floor stock, office and stock supplies and rental equipment.
Maintains adequate levels of inventory, not letting stock items deplete.
Returns/removes excess stock.
Signs all packing slips with name, date received and forwards to purchasing.
Responsible for all inventory control programs in accordance with departments, JCAHO, Pristine Factor, safety and security procedures.
Posts all supplies in and out to the computer.
Performs quarterly physical inventories.
Maintains C.S. distribution and bulk storage areas arranged by sections; labels shelves in areas to note what items belong on what shelves.
Keeps carts and shelves to standards: 6” from floor, 18” from ceiling.
Monitors, tracks, returns and destroys outdated supplies to ensure that no outdated supply is issued out of C.S.
Ensures all receipts have purchase order numbers and are authorized.
Checks all incoming shipments for damage.
Checks supplies for expired dates.
Provides economic and conservative management of surgery center property.
Demonstrates appropriate awareness of age specific development needs for the population served as it is related to the performance of department duties
B. Pulling the Wagon
Responsible for the department's accurate record keeping and reporting.
Updates equipment logbook daily and assures its accuracy.
Posts to computer all items removed from inventory within 24 hours of removal of supply and updates supervisor's computer daily.
Meets all established deadlines for the ordering, receipt, delivery and storage of supplies.
Checks in and distributes all orders promptly and accurately.
Utilizes time effectively.
Adheres to established facility safety requirements and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Demonstrates competent usage of proper body mechanics in all activities.
Identifies potentially unsafe situations and notifies supervisor.
Completes all employee/patient incident documentation in a thorough and timely manner, as required by facility policy.
Demonstrates complete understanding of established emergency procedures for department and facility.
Practices infection control and standard precautions as instructed or trained.
C. Compliance
Demonstrates the safe operation of equipment and machinery and follows procedures for reporting and correcting an unsafe situation.
D. Service Satisfaction
Works effectively with all facility department personnel to maintain maximum levels of service according to goals and objectives.
Adjusts inventory levels on cart, as needed.
Informs appropriate supervisor of any excess usage or unusual depletion.
Orders supplies when needed according to department procedures.
Identifies potential problems in a timely manner, and notifies appropriate supervisor in a timely manner.
Understands and observes patients' privacy and medical record confidentiality.

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Supply Chain Planning Change Leader to support the Supply Chain Planning Organization tp ensure the company's goals and initiatives are met.
This role requires frequent interaction with internal and external supply chain and commercial partners. This role requires hands-on experience in supply chain planning and operational roles, and the ability to influence the behaviors and execution of multiple resources within and outside of the supply chain planning team, and at all levels in the organization. The role also requires proven project and change management skills to influence and mobilize resources from various functions and disciplines to drive planning process efficiencies, and to reduce planning related waste and costs. As new opportunities are addressed, this role will be accountable to lead the change management activities that will make the process changes sustainable and repeatable, with focus on organizational adoption and adherence.
This role will work with demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing, product management, engineering, and demand planning teams to identify root cause and address people, process or tools challenges that result in organizational capacity drain, excess and obsolete materials and overall waste.
This role will be in the Bradenton, FL office and will require travel to the Chicago HQ or other TBG locations. The Supply Chain Planning team works with a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. More days in the office might be required based on business needs.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Evaluate planning process effectiveness and efficiency as it relates to generation of excess and obsolete inventory and recommend process changes to significantly reduce expiration of finished goods, liability of materials and waste.
* Collaborate and drive alignment with key stakeholders across the business including planning, sales, product management, manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and purchasing to implement a simplified and effective way to manage materials transitions to support the acceleration of new product launches time to market, while minimizing the liabilities for existing finished goods, packaging components and raw materials
* Collaborate with the Supply Chain Finance and Transformation Office teams to identify and resolve opportunities for Productivity improvement and product cost reduction, directly or indirectly impacted by Supply Chain Planning
* Collaborate with Engineering and R&D on ideation and execution of projects to resolve short to mid-term production capacity constraints
* Represent Supply Chain Planning in cost and feasibility studies for supply chain network changes and new product launches that require significant change of current state product network.
* Find creative ways to cover current process gaps, while working in parallel to implement new capabilities for long term planning process sustainability and success

Responsibilities
Define, implement, and manage and end-to-end procurement process, including the design and maintenance of policies, procedures, systems, and controls.
Develop and implement KPI's for procurement processes to ensure consistent and accurate execution.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the procurement process, including the implementation of new technologies if needed.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other internal leaders and business units to ensure that the procurement policies and procedures are integrated into their workflows. Development and maintenance of strong, trusting relationships internally is critical, as is an accommodative and calm approach to conflict resolution.
Develop and deliver training and communication materials to ensure that stakeholders within the organization understand the company's procurement processes and procedures.
Drive positive impact to a portfolio of half a billion dollars of spend annually. Define value targets and ensure capture, teaming with FP&A in the annual budgeting process as well as in ensuring spending controls.
Negotiate contracts commercially and legally, with a balanced risk approach.
Develop structured approach to scale processes as the company grows, including methodologies for onboarding new company acquisitions.

Requirements
Eight plus (8+) years of related experience in the procurement of goods and services and the award and administration of contracts of all sizes and complexities.
Bachelors Degree required.
Strong background in procurement, either in Category Management or Strategic Sourcing, with a complete understanding of the end-to-end procurement process.
Ability to lead without authority and effectively coordinate with non-procurement groups to achieve business objectives and mitigate risk.
Strong analytical skills relating to vendor bid evaluations, including analyses using competitive pricing, market research, and historical pricing in an effort to determine vendor price reasonableness.
Ability to operate both strategically, tactically and operationally in a fast-paced environment; builds scalable systems and processes, rather than just addressing single issues.
Strong business acumen, including finance acumen.

The Director of Purchasing is responsible for the management of the Purchasing Department including supervising product and lot budgets, contracts, custom options, and scopes of work.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
+ Management of the Purchasing Department to include supervision of product and lot budgets; contracts; custom options; and scope of work coordination with the Corp. Purchasing Team
+ Oversee base house, and elevation and included option budget estimates for new products (houses) and new neighborhoods as well as Feasibility Studies

+ Maintain the contracted database for base house, elevation and option costs for neighborhoods in HB1
+ Coordinate with Corp. Purchasing to maintain competitive market costs and labor/material demands

+ Conduct Precontracting meetings and ensure precontracting activities are completed prior to bidding new neighborhoods.
