Job Summary:
The Technical Service Manager is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the arcade games functionality. The Technical Service Manager will be professionally responsible for keeping the arcades running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Accountabilities:
Perform diversified duties and repairs to maintain the functionality of the arcade games.
Must oversee and schedule game technicians in the arcade department.
Place orders for parts from different game manufacturers.

* Expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting firewalls and related security technologies such as VPNs, IDS/IPS, web application firewalls, etc;
* Maintaining our Global firewall posture and connectivity between on-premise Data Centers and Azure;
* Deep understanding of security threats, vulnerabilities, and attacks, and should be familiar with security concepts such as risk management, access control, network segmentation, and security policy enforcement;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that will enable quick identification and resolution complex security issues, such as DDoS attacks, malware infections, or network breaches;
* Good documentation skills to maintain accurate records of network configurations, security policies, and incident reports; and
* SD-WAN experience is a strong plus.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field;
* Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification is desired;
* Candidates must have Checkpoint firewall administration experience;
* 2-5 years of hands-on experience and expertise in firewall solution delivery practices which include upgrade, research, design, build, deploy, administration, and support;
* Proven hands-on experience with firewall technologies and comprehensive knowledge of networking communications and network security;
* Experience with Azure Firewall configuration, setup, and troubleshooting;
* Solid understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, ACL, and DNS, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity;
* Aptitude to manage many different devices, applications, and priorities effectively; and
* Ability to communicate effectively with peers, end users, and management.
