Our respected client is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative and industry-proven networking solutions. This includes private and public cloud networks and WAN solutions, leveraging best-in-class network products and services across hybrid on-premise and cloud environments.
In this role, you will work alongside multi-disciplinary teams to execute the company's strategic roadmap, ensure high availability and performance of network services, and enhance security and automation. You will also manage staff, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive continuous improvement in network architecture and engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the Network Engineering team's daily operations to ensure consistent and reliable network services.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of network experience, including 5+ years in network analysis, design, engineering, or architecture.
Cisco CCNP and/or Palo Alto PCNSA certification (or equivalent skills).
Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, ASR, ASA, and ISR platforms.
Strong expertise in physical network infrastructure and security concepts.
Experience designing and implementing secure network architectures in AWS and Azure.
Proficiency in automation and orchestration tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Proven leadership experience, including process improvement, staff development, and meeting SLA requirements.
1-3 years as a Team Lead or Senior Network Engineer.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing operating budgets.
1-3 years of management experience in a technology discipline.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD tools.
AWS or Azure Networking-related certifications.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and evolve our IDM environment
• Work closely with our cybersecurity group to optimize our security profile and assist with management of enterprise security platforms such as endpoint protection, email filtering, and patch management.
• Manage our Microsoft 365/Azure environment including the administration of Exchange
• Manage our AWS environment
• Oversee the relationship with our MSP (for both daily operations of the IT helpdesk and enterprise software we obtain through them) and related support applications

Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Network Operations Tier II Manager to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. In this role you will support the Customs and Border Protection (CBP). CBP Network Management Support Services provide CBP Network(s) support and is responsible for Network(s) Management, Operations, and Maintenance for all CBP Network(s) infrastructure. Support includes providing real-time incident monitoring, predictive and proactive analysis and reporting, incident resolution and escalation, problem management and resolution, coordinating of events related to network communications, network utilization and availability analysis and reporting. CBP Network Management also provides Local Area Network (LAN), Metropolitan Area Network (MAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), Enterprise Data Management and Engineering (EDME) LAN, and Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN). CBP Network Management is the focal point for network troubleshooting, updating, router and domain name management, and coordination with affiliated networks.
The CBP Network Management Center is staffed 24x7x365 with three (3) shifts of mid to senior level technicians. The Primary responsibility is to plan, organize, and manage staff and l 2nd Shift (6pm - 6am) operations to ensure the stability of the Customs and Border Protection infrastructure and connectivity to supported sites. Day to Day Work Responsibilities:
* Responsible for keeping track of the day-to-day 2nd shift operations of CBP networks, ensuring they remain secure and run efficiently.
* Will direct the work activities of all personnel assigned to this shift (i.e., Tier 1, Tier 2, DNS, Firewall, Tools Team, Wireless Team).
* Will serve as the Operations Lead from approximately 12 pm - 6 pm.

This data shall include serial sensor bit streams, non-serial imaging sensors bit streams (both stills and full motion video), and imagery (full and motion), voice, avionics bitstreams, and data as received from reconnaissance platforms to various AF DCGS sites. It provides support to the network on a 24-hours-a-day, seven (7) days-a-week. Detect network faults and initiate troubleshooting and restoral actions for network circuits, trunks, and equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
Security Clearance Required: Active TS with SCI eligibility.

Experience: 5 years of network operations management experience.
Certification: DoD 8570 IAT Level II.
