About the Role

Sword is expanding our sales leadership team and are looking for a sales leader who will be responsible for mid-market sales growth and assist sales professionals achieves Sword's annual bookings targets.

In this role you will work closely with sales representatives to attract and sell new business as well as collaborate with industry brokers and consultants. You will have an emphasis on creative sales techniques that lead to outstanding results in a competitive market. A leader with a passion for personal growth and career development is a must as Sword strives to always deliver an elevated buying experience. You are a great candidate for this role if you pride yourself in helping others succeed and approach things with a team perspective. You will inherit a current team of top-performers and will also be looking for you to attract top talent at Sword. Apply to the MidMarket team if you have experience selling to companies that have 1,000-5,000 employees.

Responsibilities Include:
• Achieving your annual segment goals of annual bookings across Sword products
• Collaborate with other departments regarding sales, sales messaging, tactics, product feedback, prospecting, events, marketing
• Educate benefits leaders on musculoskeletal spend and how Sword's products and services can impact their members
• Have a passion for healthcare and impacting the lives of people Successfully negotiate six-figure contracts with senior benefits buyers
• Place importance on documenting deals and their progress as well as key information and deal metrics
Coordinate with Sword's client success team to make sure successful sales to CS handoffs are happening

Our Ideal Candidate:
• 5+ years experience enterprise sales, business development, consulting, or comparable roles
• Organized Success in negotiating deal terms and familiarity with standard contract language
