The Senior Director, Functional Sales Operations will manage a team that works directly with Sales, Sales Operations, Theatre Operations, Channel, Customer Experience, Functional teams and leadership to provide strategy and timely and accurate support and analytics.
This role will focus on supporting the Systems Engineering leaders, the Corporate Sales team (Inside Sales, Sales Development, and Renewals), as well as multiple product sales and solution organizations (collectively, Functional teams). This is a fast-paced and constantly evolving sales environment that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and deliver on a deadline. This team possesses superb analytical skills and the ability to work as a team, establish and manage the appropriate KPIs.
Working with extended teams and outside resources to develop and drive business and market analytics is vittal. Previous experience working in sales operations leadership, subscription models, field inventory management, headcount planning and account management is strongly desired.
