Internal Collaboration and Expertise Partner and collaborate with internal departments to support the strategic branding of Astiva Health. Proactively maintain advanced knowledge and expertise in healthcare sales and marketing at both macro and local levels, applying this knowledge to organizational strategies and programs. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. Minimum 10 years of management experience in Sales or Marketing within a managed care organization or health plan. A strong working knowledge of Medicare, MediCal, and Senior Health plans is essential. The ability to build and foster strong working relationships is critical, both across the organization and within the teams managed. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required, including proficiency in delivering presentations.
